Everything was great about our stay. House was very nice and location was really convenient to town. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here over NYE weekend for my brother in laws wedding in Vail. We have three kids 3 and under plus the adults. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and the living spaces were comfortable and large for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking which is a huge help to save time and money while staying. The location was perfect. Close to everything and easy to get to. The owners provided all of the information needed and was very responsive for anything we needed or questions. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Vail.

We booked this property for an extended family ski vacation and could not have found a better place for our needs. The house was set up such that we could all hang out in common areas but could also retreat to our separate spaces if desired. The main kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the large group and a large pantry/fridge for food storage. The smaller downstairs kitchen was also handy. There were two laundry areas, both stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the showers were particularly amazing. We did have a handicapped individual so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. There is not much immediate yard area but there is a nice park (Donovan Park) about a 10 minute walk away where we enjoyed walking our dog and the kids played on the playground. We did not have any problems with the house during our stay and when I messaged the owner with a question she got back to me within minutes. The house is about a 5-10 minute drive to Vail Village along the frontage road. There is a wrap around deck that appears nicely furnished with a fire pit and lots of large picture windows with nice forest and mountain views. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The house is in very good shape. The major problem was that we weren’t able to get it to work. The manager suggested that we use disposable plates and utensils. The other problem was that the gas fireplace couldn’t be turned on. The manager had a repairman go to the house; he turned it on and the fireplace didn’t turn itself off and the temperature in my bedroom was 92 degrees
Disappointing.

This house was perfect for 3 family branches attending a wedding at Donovan Pavilion 2 minutes away. The multiple levels gave our family space to be together in a beautiful, well-adorned, furnished, and supplied place while also allowing for separation when necessary with 2 kids and a toddler. The location was perfect, being so close to Vail and Lionshead villages. I packed a pack n’ play and booster seat, only to be pleasantly surprised that a high chair and pack n’ play were available! My mom was in a walking boot, and didn’t even mind the stairs given how wonderful the master suit was and it being on the main floor for her to make it to the kitchen easily. We’d certainly stay here again in the winter for a ski trip.

This house is a gem - perfect for a group vacation in so many ways. We stayed for three nights with 11 people and it was incredibly easy to find, check in and the house was comfortable the whole time until check out! Jodi is incredibly communicative and was helpful throughout. The house has great bedrooms and all of the beds were super comfortable. The dining area and top floor family room are big enough for large groups to hang out. Our only complaint is that we had a lot of cars due to the number of people traveling to Vail, and it was tricky to park on the iron driveway/bridge and fit them all in. If you don’t want to deal with a lot of stairs, this house probably isn’t for you. There are three stairways - one from the mud room/garage down to the first couple of bedrooms, another down to main floor with family room, kitchen and master bedroom, and another down to bottom floor with additional bedrooms and a smaller kitchen and living area. We had no problem though and it was nice to have some separation for couples in the group! The house is a super quick five minute bus ride from the slopes! We were standing in line at Lionshead within minutes and the walk back up the hill from the bus stop is manageable. Jodi provided very clear check in and check out instructions, and the main kitchen has great appliances and is good for a group meal. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to ski a lot at Vail and also experience Lionshead and Vail Village with a big group. Hope to be back.
