Absolutely perfect!
Diana and Luca, the managers, made sure everything went perfectly!
Everything was just right: the location, the decor, the calm.
We highly recommend it and will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.
Well worth a 5-star rating

The beautiful rooms, courtyard and pool area. And the incredibly lovely and helpful staff.

We arrived quite late, but Anja was waiting for us and even offered us a light meal, as we hadn't managed to have dinner. The space is fabulous and very relaxing. A homemade breakfast, quite complete and fresh. Diana was very friendly and gave us all possible tips, from excellent restaurants, as well as places to visit during and after our stay. Very relaxing and clean pool. We will be back.
It is hard for me to say a negative point in our stay, but not having air conditioning in the rooms affects a good nights sleep a little. Apart from that everything truly perfect and I will be back

Wonderful location, a secret gem in the mountains. The service was excellent.

This gorgeous boutique style hotel is a true gem.
A stunning building - oozing history and calmness - in a green surrounding but still so close to the major attractions at Mallorca. A Swedish family runs the hotel since October 2022 and they are all wonderful, as well as the other Mallorcan people who work here.
The rooms are spacious, romantic and unique. The courtyard is where you have breakfast, dine or chill out. It's all very calming.
Breakfast is excellent and varied. Highly recommended, also for solo travellers.

pitoresque surroundings, very secluded yet also only 15’ drive from busy areas/seaside. nice renovation of a very old barn, preserving its traditional heritage and with great attention to details in both finishing and chosen furniture and accesories. nice hosts.
could add a bit more fun for kids

The property is lovely with several nice gardens and a great pool-era overlooking the beautiful landscape. From the pool you are able to see a lovely sunset. The interior is rustic and elegant and it feels more like staying in a beautiful authentic Mallorca house. Very nice and insta-friendly indeed.
Perhaps we stayed a bit off season and it unfortunately felt like we were staying at a closed place with very unattentive staff. We let them know we wanted the 3 course dinner many days in advance. They were not able to provide any lunch or dinner, and let us know about this only the day before we arrived. There is not a small town in walking distance or a supermarket near by either. Many other things regarding the service was very much under par. Luckily the management was very nice about this after out stay and gave us great service. I hope to visit again so I can get the full experience.

amazing pool area, nice breakfast, friendly owners
very easy to overflow the bathroom (at least in the suite) if water not stopped every 30s

beautiful quiet location, great decor, friendly owners/staff, lovely breakfast.
Felt that the booking.com description was a bit misleading as states bar, restaurant and room service. this is not the case, you can get drinks served depending on if the owners are around or there is an honestly bar, with soft drinks, water or beer. No phone in the room so room service, not really. The restaurant depends on if there is enough people that have requested dinner that evening, I am not complaining about the hotel as I had a lovely time and would recommend it hence my good scores. I would revisit maybe not in August as without air conditioning the night times even with a fan are very warm. I think the rooms could also do with a small fridge. my comments are so other guests can make an informed choice about visiting, if your looking for a beautiful location with great decor and not concerned about 24 hours service and the usual bar/restaurant set up then this is an amazing hotel for you.

We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful place. Quiet, everything well thought of, charming hosts and staff. Our room (junior suite) had not 1 but 2 shaded terraces with comfy chairs. A truly exceptional place to get your rest, and when you want the beaches, villages and restaurants it’s only a 20 minute drive. For us the perfect combination. No towels used to reserve sunbeds because the pool is for yourself, shared with only a few other guests.
We had diner here a few times and enjoyed it very much. Good quality food, with a passionate cook that comes and showes you the raw meat and fish before preparing. Breakfast with homemade quiches and cakes, eggs prepared on the spot just the way you like it. And not to forget the good tips for small beaches, the best scenic routes, restaurants the owner August gave us. His wife Antje is so welcoming with a great eye for details around the place. Thank you both for an unforgettable stay!

beautiful house and pool area and lovely hosts and staff
Francisco was a lovely cook
with heat of august air conditioning would have been nice but I appreciate that this is not in character of the old house and probably impractical
also the fibreglass around the pool needs covering as this caused an uncomfortable rash/dermitis on my lower arms. I feel this should be painted or paved so others don’t have same problems

The breakfast each day was fantastic. Fresh fruit, coffee, and plenty of other offerings. The pool was a great place to spend time enjoying the beautiful view and weather.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is very old and characterful. It is totally enchanting and lovely but attention to detail would make it outstanding..
Some of the fixtures and fittings (eg shower heads) could do with an upgrade. Linens were quite old and well used.

I stayed at 11 different hotels on my six week trip and this was one of the best. It’s remote and off the beaten path but that’s just what I wanted. The owners are delightful and the surrounding area beautiful.
During my stay it was unseasonably warm and there’s no AC. However, given how warm it was outside my room was surprisingly cool.

the hotel is in a very secluded location all you can hear are the birds and nature. we asked for ensaimada for breakfast and the owners brought us fresh ones from the bakery in Calvia everyday
lots of mosquitoes by the pool

Extremely personable staff, helpful and welcoming. A true experience in a large renovated mallorcan villa. A dog and cat made it feel like home. Peaceful in the country but close to a town with restaurants

A gem. The owners care so much about the experience of the guests, it's very obvious. A special call out to chef Francisco, whose food was super fresh and super authentic. This is such a charming and special place, a (very large) family home that they're opened up to visitors so that others can experience its magic. Quiet, exclusive, personable, first-rate. The finca and the room were gorgeous, impeccably decorated with very comfortable beds. Breakfast exceeded expectations, was really delicious, and the owners catered to our dinner and lunch requests beautifully. And Jimmy the French bulldog and Ashley the rescue cat were a fun bonus, who acted as furry greeters that were just as welcoming as their owners. Overall a fantastic stay. Can't recommend enough.

The hosts were two of the warmest people we have met and we had a lovely stay. The property is stunning with lots of character and quirks and located in a beautiful part of the island. We certainly hope to return.
