At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.
Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Located in the heart of College Station, the home is nestled right next to the A&M campus, the perfect location for resting between a football game and a jaunt to the golf course.
Warmly decorated and updated with modern amenities, you are sure to feel quite at-home when you enter the modern farmhouse home.
The home comes with a 2-car attached garage, half bath, and four generously sized bedrooms with huge walk-in closets. The four private bathrooms are sure to impress with shower surrounds tiled to the 9 foot ceiling, shower niches, beautiful, quality plumbing fixtures and superior storage. Thoughtful, modern farmhouse design fully equipped with 8 foot solid core doors, Quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, spectacular kitchen island, and Samsung kitchen appliances.
COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS are freshly laundered and sanitized every stay. All staff members will be masked while inside of the home before and during your stay.
Sleeping Accommodations Upstairs:
• 3 King Master Bedrooms with Ensuite Baths
• 1 Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bath
The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 10 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 8 and 10 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 10 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

We had a great stay in this property. However, the pics listed on VRBO are NOT pictures of the property I rented. While the house was nice, it was not nearly as nicely furnished as the pictures portrayed.
