This property is perfect for multiple families to relax after exploring all that the area has to offer! Our location is THE BEST you will find! We are in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Madeira Beach and only 30 minutes from Clearwater, Tampa and Fort De Soto!
The entire home has been thoughtfully designed to reflect a tropical oasis with a theme of aqua blue, leather and jute throughout. Everything from rugs to fixtures to dinnerware and furniture has been carefully selected to ensure our guests the most relaxing and aesthetically pleasing experience.
We have designed this space to be suitable for multiple families to enjoy while maintaining space from each other. From our own personal experience it is hard to find a space big enough for multiple families yet close enough to everything like the beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping, and in a safe neighborhood! We jumped at the chance to bring this home to you!
The first floor:
An open concept living area. The vaulted ceilings in the living room open up to the upstairs loft. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace as well as a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf containing all of the classics and numerous board games for families to enjoy. And don't forget the Roku TV that is already signed in to Netflix, Hulu and Disney +!
Dining room with large table, breakfast counter with stools for 4, kitchen island with stools for 4 and everything you could possibly need for cooking full meals including a professional 6 open burner gas range!
A walk in pantry with plenty of shelving, and an extra refrigerator/freezer for multiple families to store groceries for the whole week, or lots of beverages and ice :)
A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: A master suite with a king sized bed, Roku TV and beautiful new subway tiled shower in the master bath.
Bedroom 2: An oversized bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (2 twin beds and 1 full sized bed). This bedroom also has a Roku TV. Across the hall is a full bathroom with beautifully tiled shower.

The loft area also has a cozy reading nook with a chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 King sized bed, Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen sized beds set up hotel style with a night stand in the middle, Roku TV.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds with trundles (4 twin sized beds and 2 full sized beds - sleeps a total of 8) Roku TV as well!
One bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

A covered dining area with room for 8 overlooking the pool. The pool comes complete with lounge chairs and pool towels. Tons of pool toys, diving toys, noodles, floats, goggles, puddle jumper style life jackets, we have thought of everything!
Beside the pool you will find we have converted a chicken coop into a tiki bar area with bar stools and to play your favorite card game as the kids swim in the pool!
Wander a little further and you will find the front porch boasts a conversation set as well as a swinging egg chair for relaxing.
An outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs is the final touch outside where you can sit and catch up on the days events around a cozy fire at night!
We also provide a beach wagon with 6 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a beach umbrella, buckets, shovels, sifters and toys, a cooler and everything you need for your trip to the beach!
This is a perfect vacation home for families. To maintain a friendly neighborhood we have a STRICT no party & no event policy. We do live close by and will know if this rule is broken.
The home is on a cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to Seminole City Center (Publix, ABC Store, Movie Theater, countless stores and restaurants!) and just minutes from Madeira and Redington Beaches. All of our favorite places can be found in your welcome packet!
We are just down the street from the famed "Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail"! This is one of the best biking/walking trails in the state! It is completely paved and stretches from St Petersburg all the way north to Tarpon Springs. One of our favorite things to do is rent E-Bikes and take them all the way up to Clearwater on the trail!
You will also find a lovely playground, Seminole City Park Playground, in our neighborhood. Our kids (ages 8, 6 and 2) absolutely love this park!
As far as transportation, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful in our area.
Most people do not realize that there is a free beach shuttle in our area. It stops at the following beaches: Pass A Grille, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach.
If you park at Madeira you can hop a ride on the free shuttle and explore the other beaches! The drivers work for tips :)

We love our stay at the bungalow. It was big enough for multiple families to come all the way from Wisconsin to celebrate our wedding day in Treasure island (which is only 15 minutes from the house!) also 10 minutes away is Madeira beach and John’s pass which gave us plenty of options around the area. The house was beautiful just like the pictures so we could spend quality time making dinners together and hang out by the pool some days! 10/10 experience! We will hopefully be back in future! 💕

The house was exactly as shown online. Clean, beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everyday essentials. We hardly had to purchase anything which was a nice change from previous rentals we have stayed in.
We had 8 adults and 4 kids in our party and we had more than enough space everywhere.
The location is about a 10 minute drive from the beach in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.
Special shout out to the property manager - we had a few issues come up and she responded immediately to my texts and had the issues resolved the same day. She was absolutely amazing in every way! With that being said, please reach out to her if you choose this property and have any issues. She wants to know about them so they can be fixed ASAP. We found out that one of the issues we had may have been ongoing but previous renters didn't say anything so there was no way she could have known. Again, she was phenomenal at her job!
If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely be looking for this house to be available! Just perfect!!

This home was exactly like the photos. There was so much room for our party of 8 and everyone loved it. the kitchen is huge and there were two refrigerators so plenty of room for cold drinks and food. It was about a 10 minute drive to a more secluded area of the beach and this home is close to any amenity you could want. The owners are generous with things like coffee pods, tp, paper towels, laundry pods etc. I'm sure they have 20 beach towels too, along with a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This house fit our needs. The host was way above amazing. She addressed our issues so quickly and went way above what was expected. I can’t say enough about how great she was. Quick and accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation home.

We were excited about this rental described as a “family” home and pictures showed a beautiful play area/toys for the kids. The house had positives, its spacious and clean layout and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We were grateful for the gesture of the property manager, who came to put away groceries that we had delivered. However, our experience was disappointing due to a few drawbacks. The yard was in a state of disrepair, lacking grass and maintenance. The pool area had deflated balls and broken, mildewed pool toys. The living room couch was worn-out with protruding springs. The bath towels provided were surprisingly small. The play area was not as depicted in the listing and turned out to be neglected with no mats or toys. We looked forward to this play area since we had 4 toddlers. The pictures posted were not accurate. The promised pool cleanings on Tue/Fri were delayed until the end of our stay, they did provide $500 compensation, but we still found this unacceptable. Additionally, the lack of a landscaping crew was evident, with dog waste on the lawn. One of the attractive features, an arcade, turned out to be non-functional. Despite reaching out to the property manager, we received vague directions and it was only after a few days that they came over to address the issue. While the house had its positive elements, the overall experience was dampened by these issues, and we hope hope this feedback helps in improving the stay for future guests.

Check in was easy. Host was easy to get a hold of. Had an issue with our ice maker and host dropped off bags of ice to use and ordered us a new ice maker that was delivered in two days. Host is always easy to reach if there are any questions or issues. Highly recommend this property if you have small children. We traveled with two families with two 1 year olds and two 3 year olds and they were entertained the whole time!

My sister and I have three grandchildren who turned 5 within a few months of each other. We wanted the cousins to meet and have time to spend with each other. This home was great for the 15 of us.. 10 adults, the 3 5-year olds, an almost 9-year old and an almost 2-year old. I would highly recommend this home. It is very well equipped!

We stayed at the house with 3 families. There are so many hangout spots and plenty of sleeping options. The house is probably the best stocked house of any we have ever stayed. The extra refrigerator for drinks plus a wine fridge are a nice extra! The pool is cleaned twice a week and they even provide a leaf blower to clean off the pool deck. All of the beds were very comfortable! They also have a local contact who is super responsive. You are equal driving distance to Madeira Beach and Reddington Beach and we had no problems finding public parking during spring break. So while the house is not right by the beach it was very easy to access. The tire swing and basketball hoop were a big hit with the kids when they wanted a break from the pool. It’s a lovely property and we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Our family of 17…3. Children 14 adults stayed for 7 days. Plenty of room. The house is super cute. The two refrigerators were a bonus. The pool was fun for the kids and the house itself was close to restaurants, andshopping, golf and the beaches and in a very quiet neighborhood . The ice machine didn’t work and the oven took a while to cook. All in all I would recommend this home for families who don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of being right on the beach.

My 4 adult children, their families and myself stayed in October 2022. I can't say enough about how perfect this home was for our group of 12. There was enough space for the 7 adults and 5 kids to spread out, but the home still felt cozy enough for family dinners and game nights. The kids, as well as the adults, enjoyed many hours in the pool, shooting hoops and games of corn hole. Carol, the owner, was quick to answer questions prior to and during our stay. Tiffani the property manager was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions and issues (lightbulb was burnt out in laundry room that she took care of immediately). This home was the perfect backdrop to the priceless family memorys that were made during our stay.

Excellent Stay!
This property was excellent for our stay. The owners/property manager thought of absolutely everything from items needed for the beach to the cooking supplies for cooking at home in addition to the kids play area. The property manager was quick to respond with my questions and was knowledgeable of everything I asked. The drive to Madeira Beach was approximately 6 minutes with very little traffic. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a larger group visiting this area.

The house was really nice and exceeded our expectations. Slept all 13 of us very comfortably and plenty of room for more. Loved the pool and spent almost every morning in it.
