Great little hotel. Super breakfast. Lovely staff throughout. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and warm welcome. Super breakfast and lovely dinner. Great little hotel. Rooms are good size and cleaned every day. It feels like a new building inside.

It’s a short walk to the centre and ski lifts, but no big deal really…!

Superbe séjour!

L'hotel est très propre et la literie confortable. Le spa est vraiment agréable. La proximité avec le centre est un avantage. De plus, le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Je recommande absolument !

For a few more bucks, go on the neighbour locations.

The situation in the village is not too bad and there is a supermarket close by. The garage for the motorbike. They are really nice but they excuse theyself too many times..

_The sheet and towels have not been changed in 3 days( you dont need to be in a 5 stars to have that). _The double single bed when I made sure it was a queen bed in the booking. _The noise from the water evacuation. _The sauna is not working during the summer because it s already too hot outside??¿¿ _The room didn't look at the booking picture at all. _There is no lock from the inside beside your keys. Only one key for 2 persons. _A little table in the room will be appreciate.

Excellent customer service!

We were provided a better room than expected/booked. Thomas and Roman, at the reception when we arrived, were extremely polite, helpful and dedicated as much time as we needed to show us around. Even before our arrival, we had a call clarifying to us all the details we needed about the storage of our bikes. Safe storage for our bikes was also provided and car parking place in front of the hotel. Wonderful experience and positive surprises all the way!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room with balcony, modern and well equipped. They also have a secured garage for motorcycles and bicycles.

Wish we had been staying longer in Val and at your hotel.

The breakfast was fresh, good variety of foods. Room was very comfortable. We liked our balcony and the view of the town. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We were in town for a family wedding.

Navigating round the hotel could be confusing. It took us some time to realise the lift had two different control pads with doors opening on different sides...

Superb

Brilliant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and ideal location. You can just about ski to the door, and theere's a ski hire shop just next door if you need it. Comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms with a good shower and there's a spacious ski/boot room with heated dryers and plenty of comfy seating. The bar on the top floor has excellent views of the village and the mountain and it has a welcoming ambience. We'd definitely stay again.

The occupants of the hotel at the rear were noisy and disrespectful very loud coming back in the early hours of the morning disrupting our sleep. will request a front facing room for my next visit

The room was neat and clean . The location was good, a supermarket is near by and it is close to thr bus stop.

The spa was not working. And the sauna should be booked a day ahead to be used .

Fabulous location, staff, food and services

Breakfast was really tasty with a nice variety, the staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly all the time. The location was great for the ski area, for shops, for ski hire and for apres ski! The spa was a really nice area after a day skiing

The rooms weren’t sound proof, so could hear lots of noise if other guests were coming back late and drunk !

booked in to this hotel having stayed one night in an awful alpine apartments down the road. Was a great stay, friendly

great hotel. recently refurbished, close to town, nice breakfast, comfy beds, plenty of storage and nice balcony. great value considering the price

booking the spa is a little annoying, adding a larger spa / sauna would be brilliant

one tiny point; the breakfast would have been improved with a better selection of fresh fruit and maybe some porridge.
