Rock Pool House is a first-floor duplex apartment situated in Porthleven, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms all equipped with Smart TV's, including a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to five people. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is a house for washing dogs and off-road parking for one car. Rock Pool House is a lovely escape for families, providing easy access to the charm of Porthleven.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range cooker and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 x Smart TV, WiFi, coffee machine, selection of books, games and toys. Fuel, power and starter for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road, covered car-port, parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome at £25 per pet, per week. Outdoor seating in small enclosed courtyard. There is an outdoor hose to wash dogs and wetsuits, along with a wetsuit hanging rail to dry wetsuits. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles.
