All seamlessly blended with the modern conveniences of central air and heating, walk-in tiled shower with rain head, Smart TV/Spectrum Cable, WiFi, dishwasher, washer and dryer and an outdoor gas fire pit. Located just a few short blocks from downtown where you'll discover exceptional restaurants, tasting rooms, fun bars, pubs and great shopping all framing the family friendly Paso Robles City Park. Or just across Spring Street is the Paso Market Walk, a beautiful contemporary building with a selection of enticing purveyors. These include a coffee roaster, authentic Neapolitan pizza, an award winning bakery, a boutique wine merchant with excellent vegetarian cuisine, local organic produce, a Michelin guide fine dining restaurant and more!
Enjoy the beach towns of Morro Bay or Cambria or spend the day wine tasting from over 300-plus wineries in the area. We truly liked the place. It was cute not too small definitely had enough space for just the two of us and our dog would’ve been fine for a couple of the couples. We were close enough for us to walk downtown and to a couple other places we were able to get Ubers to, and from the wineries easily, also to Sensorio, it was probably one of the cutest VRBO‘s. I’ve ever stayed at the kitchen was fully stocked.

Cute cottage with everything you need. Great location, short walk to the downtown square. Did not bring my dog this time but she would have been all set with the cottage's fenced in outdoor areas in the front and the back. The doggy bag container in the back was a nice touch! Very impressed with how Dawn responded to all inquiries almost immediately, very nicely allowed us to arrive early and the check in and check out process were a breeze.

The property was very much as advertised. My sister a friend and I stayed the weekend. Beds are comfortable, house is homey and quaint. Homeowner was very prompt in answering a question we had - and provided the solution. Would definitely stay again!

We rented this property because we needed somewhere for our senior dog to stay while we were at a wedding. It worked out great. The house is older but has been remodeled. I loved all the cute light fixtures and ceiling fans. Everything is just done really tasteful. The host thought of everything we could ever need. We were allowed to check in early to get ready for the wedding, which was a lifesaver. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay. Very convenient location. Parking right in front was great. Parking was only a challenge one night during the Mid-State fair when there was a big concert. AC, washer/dryer etc. all worked great. Would stay again!

This little house was perfect for our stay!! Very dog friendly and welcoming. I added my pets last minute and had no issues, Dawn made it super easy to do so!! The location was amazing, especially with the new walk thru market right across the street! The beds were super comfy, and both king size! The little back yard was great for morning coffee and for the dogs to run around. Loved the murrial on the side of the garage! Would stay again.

Anniversary get away

My wife and I came up with our dog for our wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Perfectly located not just for seeing the town and wine/beer/food tasting but also for quiet morning walks with our dog. The house was great and the backyard was perfect. We didn’t get to use the fire pit in the backyard but would have loved to if we had more time. Everything is set up perfectly for this house. It was a great stay.

Cute home, clean (really appreciate that), comfortable and nicely decorated, but some issues with execution - wobbly toilet, fans wobbled a bit too. Currently construction going on next door, which makes for a rude awakening; hopefully it will be complete soon. Walking distance to downtown except in 100+ weather, which was unfortunate for us, but a very quick drive. Everything in Paso closes early, so good to have a 24 hour donut shop across the street.

Cute, clean and charming

We really loved staying here! Each room has 2 big comfy beds and the kitchen and living room are very accommodating for such a small house. They really make the most of the space. I loved how this house has everything you need as far as modern day luxuries and yet the charm is still there. It’s also a great location. Our 1.5 year old daughter stayed with us and we were able to squeeze her pack n play crib beside the bed in one of the rooms. Also, it’s nice that each room has a ceiling fan to sleep with and if that doesn’t cut it, the place has air conditioning too. Everything was clean and tidy and check in/check out was a breeze.
