This is a fully equipped, cosy and modern apartment with amazing and super friendly owners.

This is a fully equipped apartment with a super quite neighborhood, but only walking distance from both the beach (Mare Pineta) and the unique old town. Clean, homy and very cosy apartment with a super helpful and friendly owners.

Apartment was great- spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the kids playroom stocked with toys. Easy walk to the beach and old town, and stores and restaurants. Host was very helpful as well. We definitely would stay here again.

Cosy place close to the see

Martina was very kind and took care about us, gave good advises, change the towels mid-week. The apartmant is cosy, like in the pictures. Kitchen is useful for holidays with a baby. Shop is 3 min by walk, sea is 6-8 min, city center is 15-20. The garden is beautiful.

Wonderful one week

Spacious rooftop appartement which was really well equipped. Exactly like on the photos and in the description. The hosts were very kinds and helpful. We spent a wonderful week here. I really recommend it to families. More beaches are situated in walking-distance (about 15-20 minutes) and the old town wasn't more than 20 minutes either.

Sleeping at opened windows into the dawn could be difficult if somebody is a bad sleeper due to noisy seagulls. Anyway it is a silent place. If you closed the windows you can use the AC in the living room and fans in every badrooms.

Very friendly owner, parking in front, spacious apartment with tv (HBO, netflix) and kitchen. Supermarkets, beach, town nearby. We stayed 2 nights and were satisfied!

There seemed to be a problem with ants, perhaps because of being on the ground floor. The owner was easy to communicate with however and did come and spray some repellent.

A nice house and good place to stay

We only spent one night at this accommodation but it was everything we hoped for. The room was a good size with an ok sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The owner lives in the same property, so there was no problem collecting the key. There is free car parking available outside the room window. The property is a 15 min walk to the harbour and old town area.

The stay was nice.

We liked the vicinity of the beach and the garden was very nice. We appreciated the size of the TV and the variety of streaming TV services (Netflix, HBO, Disney). The hosts were kind and they stored our stuff when we came before entering hours, as well as after we had to leave the appartment. The towels smelled great!

We didn't get the appartment with the balcony we reserved but the groundfloor appartment. The toilet seat was not clean enough, but the rest was o.k.

Good place to visit Rovinj

We liked the air conditioning, the free parking place in front of our room, room equipments like fridge and plates or tea kitchen. Even had an extra fridge outside so it doesn't make noice at night. We had a nice balcony as well. The beach and the centre is within walking distance as well. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. The host welcomed us nicely despite arriving later.

The bed was really uncomfortable, full of bumbs. Room is very small. Beach and town bit further than advertised. WiFi didn't work well.

The apartment is as on the pictures, very clean and comfortable and the city of Rovinj is beautiful

The apartment is exactly as on the photos, very clean with all kitchen tools you need to prepare meal if required; the location is very comfortable in quiet neighborhood – close to shop, around 15 to 20 mins walking to the city center; we usually visited Cuvi beach few minutes by bike (around 13 mins walking)

There is only small balcony with two chairs related to the apartment, it’s not possible to have breakfast or dinner outside

We made a family holiday with two kids. They were extra happy with the small playroom only for them. The apartment has a perfect position. 10 min from sea and 15 min from city by foot. It is equipped with everything you need.

Nice, clean and very friendly people. kitchen was well equipped. location was good, 15 mins walk to beaches or old town. When I arrived they came with berries from the garden, that was very sweet. I didn’t get the apartment I thought I booked, so I did not have a sofa. Probably I didn’t pay attention when I did the final booking.

Check out was early, 10 am, I didn’t realize that still existed. And they were strict, at 10:03 they were knocking at my door.

Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was very big and clean, as shown on the pictures. We especially loved the play area for children and big equipped kitchen. Our host Marija was very welcoming and lovely, she helped us with everything we needed. Location was very good, close to the beach and city center. We also had a parking place secured in front of the house. We'll be definitely coming back!

Good location and such a nice staff.

Such a nice personnel. Lady was so nice to us. Parking was in front of building. 10 min of walking to the beach. Restaurants and shops are also close enought.

Acomodation was little bit small. When you are outside during the day it is enought for sleeping. Bud if you plan to stay in room all day it is small. Bathroom specially shower was so small.

Good value for money

Clean and efficient facilities (we had a room, not an apartment) Nice and available host (does not speak english but speaks german). She waited for us in spite of our late arrival. Parking on the premises, very handy Quiet (except for the seagulls ;-) ) Good location, in a residential area, 5 min walk to the sea, 20 min to the center

Check-out at 10:00 a.m. (unannounced on Bokking) is frankly abusive. Mattress a bit thin, not too comfortable for people over 80 kg. The room has all facilities but the decor is basic. The bathroom in our room was quite small Fridge can be noisy at night.
