Great location and house.
It was a splurge for our family, we enjoyed it very much. We spent 3 days at Disneyland and this was close to it. My kids played hide and seek in the house, super fun. Garage was so entertaining, loved the pingpong table and music box.
We wanted to make sure everything was clean before we left so we left 45min after 10am on check out. So sorry to owner about this! Owner came in to get laundry started before we left, nice guy, doing it all. Thanks!!

This is the exact kind of rental house that I like: clean, good location, comfy beds, nice outdoor spaces. Everything was freshly painted and in working order. Nice neighborhood with some classic California homes. Beautiful park down the street. Easy drive to Chapman. I'd definitely stay here again.

I was worried at first about this place because there aren't many reviews but this house was awesome. Very well done, up to date house that is beautiful. Very clean. Great location to the freeway, shopping accommodations and just far enough away from Disneyland to get away from the hecticness of the park. This house would be great for families, it has a great game room and lots of outdoor areas. It only has two downfalls; One being having to park in front of the house but that's a normal for California and the other would be the downstairs master bedroom stairs are very steep. Otherwise this was an absolutely awesome place to stay and I would love to stay here again.

Family Gathering Spot
Eight family members were in town for a wedding in Orange County. The property was a perfect location for four days of family festivities. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well equipped, including two hair dryers and a curling iron. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs for brewing lots of coffee in the morning. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, spices, and plenty of coffee and tea. The lot was charming with nice outdoor sitting spaces for relaxing and reading books and snacking on the ripe cherry tomatoes. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed a daily run along the Santa Ana River Trail, less than a quarter of a mile from the house. We would definitely choose this property again.

Fantastic Property
Awesome property. Great house which was perfect for our family. Garden was gorgeous and we had fun exploring the vegetable garden and even enjoyed a few ripe tomatoes. The owners have done a fabulous job renovating this house with thoughtful attention to the details.

Great home, very clean with great entertainment options
Our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids ages 9-16) stayed in this lovely home for 8 nights. It is in great shape, very clean, nicely decorated, and very well stocked with laundry and dishwasher detergent, spices, etc. Even shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided. We really appreciated the garage with the table tennis table, air hockey and foosball, especially since it rained a lot during our stay, and that helped keep the kids entertained. Would come back any time!

Great choice and clean home.
The house was perfect for our stay to move our son to college at Chapman. It was roomy, clean and relaxing. The owners had everything you needed to make you feel right at home.
The only thing I would recommend is lamps in living room and bedrooms, that is just my own personal preference as I am not a fan of overhead lighting.

Overall Great Experience
Recently renovated so everything was clean. It had amenities that were thoughtfully placed. First and second floor are divided for more privacy if you’re going with another family or friends.
