amazing and extremely comfortable for my family, especially enjoyed the little Patio area.

There was no Breakfast provided

didn't have enough towels in the room on the 1st day but that was corrected on the 2nd day.

Thank you for flexibility and very quite space. Enjoyed my stay and felt at home.

The quiteness and spacious room was great for me and super active internet connection. One suggestion will be to have a TV downstair as when sitting there it will be good to watch some news.

The dishes and glasses not well cleaned and from the room there was no access to the swimming pool as the door was locked and my keys didnt have any key to grant access.

Homely & Convenient

The place is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The fully-equipped kitchenette was a plus and provided more convenience for us as we prefer preparing our own meals. The host was also amazing 😁.

When we booked the pictures gave us a wrong impression about the view and the pool. Also the the braai had some rust and the outside door couldn't lock the was a broken piece of wood inside. The first night we couldn't figure out the problem cos we arrived late

Don't expect much comfort

You have a view over the harbour and on the way to the supermarket we saw some meerkats. You can have a nice stroll along the beach/boulevard.

We were at the gate for some time while the host did not respond and we accidentally met the co-host who let us in. The accommodation is constructed of cheap materials, both the structure and the decoration and furniture. The floor is just one layer of timber: you can look through the cracks upon the cars parked below. As there is no shower you need to shower in the bath but the lever to switch from the bath tap to the shower head is non-functional, which leaves you sitting in the bath throwing water over your head with a cup.

We left before we stayed due to the issues at the house.

The pool was green on arrival and electric fencing lying on the floor. The outside area was very dirty however the house was okay. Very disappointing to arrive after a long trip to a green pool and dirty outside area. The reason for renting the house was so the kids had a pool to swim in, they couldn't use the pool! The managers were not helpful.

Perfect location. I was happy about how clean and spacious the room was and I defiantly enjoyed the view of the harbour. It felt like i was on holiday in a luxury suit.

There was nothing I didnt like about the place.

Superb

Clean and spacious rooms, fresh linen, friendly and patient staff.The place is well mantained and exquisite.One thing that stood out was being connected to the wifi for the whole duration of my stay.The sea view was just amazing.Beautiful and quiet place to be.

Brooms and mops must be available in each room in case someone spills on the floor.

The worst accommodation that I have ever paid for.

Nothing beside the netflix. I would not recommended them at all.

Overall bad service, myself not being from P.E and the Uber dropping me off 4 houses away because of the property not having a number on the wall. I call the number provided. and the lady that answered, spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot either that or she was racially discriminative. I did not once see or speak to anyone on the property once during my 4 days. the bins inside overflowing with no external bins to empty the one provided. the room had a door that was locked im assuming to a joining room if they needed more rooms for a bigger family. but whoever was in there had a fairly large dog that was either being starved or she was in heat. because this dog would be moaning from as early as 4am. if not that the dog would be running on the laminate floors and bumping into walls or doors most of the day. this all besides the fact that it was not the advertised property at all. a completely different property to the one advertised. defiantly misleading and false advertising.

There are a number of issues with the Accomodation: - cockroaches in the kitchen - ⁠fridge does not get cold - ⁠no shower door in the second bathroom, had a nightmare bathing as water was all over the place. - ⁠tap in second bathroom basin is loose - ⁠cracked glass on lounge side of sliding door - ⁠plugs don’t work against the wall in the dining room - ⁠lounge and cushions are smelling terribly - ⁠rug in lounge is dirty An extremely dissatisfied and disappointing stay Kind regards Naseem

Very clean room. Neat. Great finishings. Comfortable bed

The guy checking me in indicated to be 5 mins away. 50mins later he hadn't arrived. It was such an inconvenience. I could have done something fruitful with my time had he been honest. It also seem like many people are managing the WhatsApp like and that led to a lot of broken communication

We did not stay and we paid for the night and were not refunded.

We booked 3 cottages at this place for 11 adults and 4 kids and it was displayed as all units were on the same property, only to be called on the day of the stay whilst we were on route from Jhb to PE that all 3 units are scattered away and not at the same place. I told them it's for a joint family and we cannot travel to different locations and if they could not give us accommodation at the same property as advertised on Booking.com then we would like full refund. We did not stay there and they did not give us any refunds after alot of requests were made. It was total false advertising and very unethical and misleading from the property owners.

Quarto confortável e bonito. Localização do apartamento que ficamos boa e estacionamento seguro.

O dono possui apartamentos em 3 localizações diferentes. Reservamos pensando que ficaríamos na localização do booking porém recebemos por WhatsApp outra localização do apartamento que realmente ficaríamos. O que ele nos alocou era ainda melhor, mas apenas uma observação para não haver erro no check-in da localização errada.

Friendly workers, neat and clean and very spacious

Lots of space, very secured, nice view and hosters keep on checking up on us and they are very patient

Not being able to use the pool, its just there for a perfect view, no proper braaing area we had yo fry our meat. Tv not on the lounge only at bedroom

Lovely hosts and beautiful accommodation.

The host was able to accommodate us last minute due to the floods closing off the roads to Cape Town.. but due to the comfortability, coziness and privacy of the accommodation we didn't want to leave😂. He was so understanding and was ready and willing extend our stay. The location is great, close to the beach and most rrestaurants.We will definitely be booking again.

Stay away if you value safety, sleep and your money!

Please spend your money elsewhere. Massive party on the premises, owner did little to nothing to stop it. Their last guest left at 5:15am so none of us slept. Old half drunk alcohol in our fridge, dirty linen, non existent wifi and to top it off a completely undesirable location, rather unsafe so much so that there were two security companies attending to an attempted break in around the corner. We originally booked into a different set of apartments however we were moved to another set of make shift apartments with dry walling between the rooms "for our convenience" Anyway, don't settle. If you appreciate a good night's sleep and value how hard one works for their money, book elsewhere.

The privacy.

No lace curtains so we couldn't open the curtains for some natural light. The doors to the bathroom is very tight and not user friendly as you get slammed by them every time you want to use the bathroom.

Great stay I would go back anytime.

The host upgraded us without even charging us to a bigger unit. Place was exactly how it appeared on the pictures. Great host friendly and communicates all the way.
