If you can overlook the uncleanliness then it’s a good house for a family to stay

Good location, feels spacious

Needs a better cleaner, we had to clean the oven before using it because it was filthy. Bits on the floors and hair ball found behind bedroom door. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Utensils left behind from previous guests in fridge etc, bins smelt and dirty and needed a clean too. The tv in main bedroom needs updating as the sound doesn’t sound right.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!

VILE - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - BIOHAZARD - BEWARE - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I HAVE PHOTO'S BUT BOOKING.COM ARE SUPPRESSING MY ABILITY TO UPLOAD. FROM START TO FINISH (we just couldn't stay there with our child - it was a health risk - totally disgusting) this booking was a DISGRACE. Sarah, the owner, suggested the house was cleaned BUT it clearly hadn't been cleaned or touched in YEARS!! Blood residue on mattress toppers in lounge area, absolutely shocking. All areas of the property were totally disgusting. Never been cleaned. I travelled with my family including our young 2 year old child. We stepped foot into the property and was absolutely shocked and disgraced at how bad things were. We had a very bad feeling from the outset when Sarah, the owner, contacted us to ask how many of the beds we wanted "made up" - how about ALL of them as we've paid for the entire property. Red flags from the very first interaction. The towels (if you can call them that - merely hand towel sized) we no good for anyone. Smelly, disgusting, never been washed and the not suitable for a family traveling. Absolute waste of time.

We were comfortable and had a great time and would happily use this facility again in the future.

The location was central for what we wished to do and was on a really good local bus route.

It would have been better if hand towels as well as bath towels. Our friends though maybe a set of drawers in the bedrooms would have been useful. We bought extra toilet roll as there was no indication of where any spare were stored.

Multi family stay

Other than the specific items mentioned, it's spacious enough for 6 adults, a toddler and a baby using our travel cot. Great location near the play area and close enough to Lytham. Good parking for 2 cars.

The kitchen and utensils could have been cleaner, I guess the cleaner hadn't checked the utensils in the drawer and underneath the toaster for example. The sofa beds are quite uncomfortable with springs just under the thin mattress. Washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes (broken line). Main bins not taken out and full, we took them out to be emptied.

Beds are very soft and could have done with a few more towels as there were only 4 provided for 5 of us

Beautiful house, well equipped. Fantastic location.

Bit of a pain that heating was externally controlled by the host. No loo roll in any of the 3 toilets. Mattresses on bed settees not very comfy.

I am very fussy but in my opinion the house could have been cleaner. There were cigarette ends on the patio which is really off putting
