Location was excellent with great view and clean beach
Construction was extremely loud. Not just hammer and drill - they were chiseling and removing tile. Couldn’t hear the TV with all the noise. The covered hot tub was out of service as well - extremely disappointing since it was a part of why we booked.

Other than the fact that a snake lives under the concrete patio (my oldest grandson loved), there was a major problem with gnats primarily in the kitchen.

Location was perfect and the amenities were better than advertised
Water pressure was a tad low but I’m reaching for a negative here

The location was wonderful - beautiful view, convenient to the beach, pool, gym.
The mini blinds in the master bathroom were not adjustable and stuck in an “up” position so that someone could see inside the bathroom. I need more privacy than that. We used towels tucked inside the blinds to cover the windows.

Actual property was fine other than leak above unit into master bedroom closet which soaked all my clothes and my son’s graduation pictures!
Vacasa check in nightmare no keys where told to pick up. The laundry lady gave us gate code to get on property where someone was to meet us with keys. After 30 minutes someone did bring us keys. Back glass door facing ocean had been left unlocked. Problem with Vacasa they really do not have control over HOA and their phone lines say if there is a safety issue told to push a certain number no answer the 3 times I tried to get someone when no keys and closet roof leaking!
