About this villa rental

This unique villa, close to the centre of Rome, in a secluded setting, fully immersed in the heart of a natural reserve, offers its guests exclusivity and privacy in a luxurious setting.

Only 11 km from the center of Rome, a true natural oasis as close as this to the center of town makes for the ideal holiday base for those wanting to experience the Eternal City but wish to retreat away to a pristine fresh-air environment away from city sights and sounds.

The owners have lovingly decorated this wonderful property with items that have come from their extensive travels abroad, each piece exquisitely integrated to reflect their multicultural heritage whilst maintaining an Italian flare.

During the summer the house offers a comfortable retreat from the summer sun, while the pool is deep and cool and in winter the fireplace and rugs avoque a mountain
chalet felling.
the owners alternate the interior and exterior design to fit the appropriate season including Christmas holidays.

Fully functional professional kitchen hob makes for easy preparation of delicious meals, or equally can host a personal chef for the discerning gourmets. There is also a microwave oven, a regular oven and a dishwasher to complement.
Sitting room sofas have adjustable headrests and are ideal for an afternoon nap or watching the international news or extensive programming available via satellite.

The morning sun-soaked veranda where guests can sit and have their first cup of coffee whilst listening to the chirping of the multitude of birds that surround the property is ideal for starting the day.

The master bedroom hosts a super King-sized bed with 4 posts and drapes which are gently swayed by the ceiling fan creating a unique setting for your relaxation as does the sunset-facing second and third bedroom.

The master bathroom has a full shower and a Jacuzzi for two with a panoramic sunset view filtering though in the oak woods while the other bathroom also allows you to have a shower looking out onto the sunset.

The large private gardens offer multiple seating and relaxation areas, on two different levels.

The BBQ area and the “al fresco” dining in the gazebo afford a true Roman experience as do the caldarium and cold-water splash pool in the wellness area, or you can choose to sit by the crackling firepit at night and contemplate the beautiful stars above.

Exotic plants and an assortment of perfumed herbs and fruit trees are also present on the grounds, with abundant wildlife such as squirrels and beautiful doves and many other species can be seen at all times of the day.

This house was simply a dream come true. We wanted a family vacation that combined sightseeing in Rome with relaxation in a lovely holiday home with a pool. First, the location of the house was ideal for this. We drove everywhere by car, and all the major attractions (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc.) were reachable within 20-40 minutes. Driving in Rome can be challenging, but even by train (the nearest station is just a few minutes away), Rome was accessible in 20 minutes. Despite its proximity to the city, the house is peacefully situated on a hill outside the city center. The nearest supermarket is only a few hundred meters away. Our hosts, Rony and her husband Sean, were phenomenal. They provided us with many valuable tips for activities in and around Rome, including must-see places, parking recommendations (not easy in Rome), and restaurant suggestions. But that’s not all—they welcomed us with a huge basket of Italian delicacies, and even bought pool toys and air mattresses specifically for our children. We have rarely received such a warm welcome. The house itself looks even better in person than in the photos. The pool is enormous, and the house’s amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need. The property is spacious and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Thank you so much, Rony and Sean, for making our stay unforgettable. We truly hope to return someday!

We had an amazing stay at this property for a week. The villa, the pool and the grounds are all gorgeous and well located for local amenities and transport into Rome by train. Rony is a brilliant host who went above and beyond, providing information and support, both prior to and during our stay. She even helped us with organising a day out to some local wineries. Can’t recommend enough!

The Property was fantastic but the 2 aspects I want to highlight are the amazing pool. Especially great for teens. But also Ronit the owner was a fantastic host. Great communication and so much info on travelling to Roma but also the local area.

My family and I(all adults) had a wonderful experience staying at this home! The property owners are beyond lovely and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived. She even knew it was my birthday trip and had a bottle of sparkling with a birthday note waiting upon our arrival! The property is VERY tucked away off the main road is extremely quiet and relaxing. The real star of the show is the beautiful big kitchen space as well as the large garden & pool which we used a lot. We rented a car which I would suggest so that you can easily get to the town and the grocery store which is only a couple of minutes away. We did take the train into Rome most days via the Prima Porta train station which took about 30 minutes or so(we parked our car at the train station which was great). It was very convenient. There are a few good restaurants in the town of Prima Porta but not much else to do there otherwise. We can't recommend this home enough - thank you Rony!!

As a Dutch family, we enjoyed 2 weeks holiday at this beautiful property with an amazing, large garden and a clean swimmingpool. The house is well decorated with African items and more than fully equipped. Towels, freezer, washing machine, stabil WiFi, several sitting areas, supermarket 2 min from the house, pool air floats, etc. The warm welcome by the host, with the food basket, champagne, the hospitality and tour around the house, was appreciated. Also via the host provided information via WhatsApp about Rome, parking, restaurants, markets, made things helpfull. Maintenance of the pool and providing extra cooling-units during the heatwave, was highly appreciated. They are working on an up-scale of the climate control in the house. With our rental car we visited Rome several times, the waterfall Cascate della Marmore, shopping mall Porta di Roma, Anzio American memorial, Osteria coast, etc. Recommendation to have dinner at 3Quarti and Garibaldi. A wonderfull stay in a paradise, in beautiful Italy, very close to Rome. Hope to come back in the future.
