The house was perfect for our family, several adults and children. The views were beautiful and my son in law enjoyed fishing right off the backyard. The host was very responsive to any questions I had.

What a fabulous area and location! We had a wonderful time at this home right on the lake with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole crew. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porches enjoying the view and breeze. There is a park.2 miles down the road which was fun to walk to as well. This is a fabulous home and we would highly recommend it! Only thing to be aware of is that the three upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom but this wasn’t a problem for us- we just had people share the downstairs bathroom when showing. The master may not have is own bathroom, but it does have the access to the upstairs deck with basically views which was lovely. There is a marina almost next door you can rent pontoons from also. All around great home!

This home was such a great place to stay! It was so clean and well stocked. Such a relaxing time! And great communication with the property manager. He found that we left some items and contacted us right away, offering to send them to us.

This home was perfect for what we needed. Was very spacious for my family, had all necessary amenities including mini shower soaps, and even had a highchair for my 1-year-old! The ramp to the front door was a huge plus! Made it easy to carry our bags and groceries in and out and helped those who aren't as stable on their feet in the snow. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I only have a few minor things that could be improved. Some of the furniture (dining chairs) were in bad shape and not sturdy enough to sit on. There were floor dividers between the rooms downstairs that were raised, I can't even tell you how many times we all tripped on them or stubbed our toes. My 3-year-old included. Only my 1-year-old I guess was smart enough to witness the rest of us shouting as we stumbled forward, and she started stopping at every divider to carefully step over it. We should have followed her lead. Some cutleries could also be updated such as the cutting knives, but we made do. All in all, we had the most wonderful time as a family together. We were able to build a snowman for my girls and make snow angels and visit with my grandmother who lives in an assisted living facility nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay
Our host, Chuck was most helpful and extremely responsive when I thought there was an issue with the heat. He was literally at the front door only two minutes after hanging up the phone. I would highly recommend this beautiful property. Very well equipped and comfortable for our 4 families. Thank you!

Awesome property!
We were very pleased with the layout/space of this property. Many times properties can sleep 6-8 but there isn’t enough space for the group to hang out together in a living/family room. This property had enough room for our family of 6 adults to do that comfortably! Loved the open kitchen/living/dining space. Bedrooms were comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms! Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect home away from home!
We loved our stay here! Loved it! Location, location, location.
The owner understands what a family needs when on vacation. There are many touches big and small that made this a perfect vacation. The owner had great suggestions about everything. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean. I cannot say enough about this place. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND if you are looking to stay in the area. We were there during the peak leaf season. I am sure it is a great property during the summer, spring or winter. A perfect GEM!

St. Albans Bay Gem
Our family rented this property for a weeklong get away from reality and it was awesome. The house is well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your time here. The furnishing are comfortable and inviting. The view of the bay and marina from the back deck are breathtaking. Speaking of the marina, bring your boat and dock it only steps from the back porch. It eliminates the hassle of daily launches and retrievals! The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have and his response time is second to none!
If your travels take you to the St. Albans area, keep this property on your short list, you won’t regret it!!
