Pretty bad. Seriously overpriced. Shower good, bed comfortable enough. Room smelled of disinfectant.

Location near airport only reason I chose hotel.

Floor was sticky. Rug was filthy. Desk clerk hardly spoke English and was unhelpful on checking.

WENT FOR BREAKFAST AT A NEARBY DINER WHERE THE SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE WAS WELCOMING & PRICES FAR MORE REASONABLE THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEANING SERVICE CREW ARE AWESOME, THE LADIES & ENRIQUE ALSO & FRONT DESK ALEXIES & DAQUAN CORDIAL & ACCOMMODATING

NO VIEW WHATSOEVER😑 NOTHING BUT GRAY CONCRETE & A TALL PLAIN BLACK GLASS BUILDING ACROSS, NO BLUE SKIES VIEW THE RESTAURANT BELOW THE FOOD WAS NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT ESPECIALLY BEING SO PRICEY, NO OUTSIDE AREA FOR SUNBATHING OR SIMPLY LOUNGING "AL FRESCO" PARKING$$$😳

The hotel is clean and modern and the staff was professional and friendly.

Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good water pressure in shower.

Hardware in the hotel are good, but the hotel staffs needs more training.

One of the valets is quite lovely. I stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving break, so I paid in full for my parking fee. However, the parking lot system seems to have some issues, it would not recognize my plate and ask me to pay the price every time I return or leave. One of the valets who works for the morning shift recognizes me, so I do not explain this situation again and again.

First, I booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a room with two queen-sized beds when I checked in. I returned to the front desk lady who worked that night and asked her to provide me with the room I had booked. She cut me when I spoke and told me the room she gave me (two queen-size rooms) was more expensive than the room I booked. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRICE!!!! If I want that kind of room, I can totally afford it. Do not use that kind of attitude like gave me an alms. Second, when housekeeping cleaned my room, they did not refill supplies, such as facial paper, toilet paper, and one-time used cups.

Overall our stay was amazing

The staff was great. Very nice with my son. I needed an extra comforter and I they brought it up to my room.

The curtains in the room didn't cover the sun. Waking up with the sun on your eyes was very uncomfortable in the morning.

Perfect location for my event being held at the National Tennis Center!

Free airport shuttle is a big bonus

very nice location, great hotel, great hotel staff, great comfort

it took 45 minutes to get the car from the vale. it was a terrible service due to short staff. All of us that waited were very frustrated. The vale as far as I know the vale service is an independent service, not under hotel management.

Really modern and stylish hotel near LGA airport!

Really modern and stylish hotel, great staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, well equipped gym and... few minutes only from/to NY La Guardia airport. I'll surely be back there when landing at or departing from LGA. Thanks ;)

Not recommended if you want sleep

The hotel was close to LGA. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

It was loud. Not just from the street, but everything was loud. There was very little sound isolation from the hallways. The HVAC was loud and would go on at such regular intervals it made sleep nearly impossible. The shades let a huge amount of light leak in from the street. When I took a shower the water was lukewarm to cold.
