Even though it is quite far from the center of town, the area is really nice. It’s got a great walking path along a small stream, and the sunsets are great. It’s also close to the 5 bus to get into downtown. My cats and I were welcomed in before our check-in time, and the host was overall helpful. The AC worked great for the heatwave we were having.
The other comments about cleanliness were definitely valid— despite a cleaning lady cleaning the apartment, it definitely needs a DEEP clean. There was dust on EVERY surface, sticky counters, and cabinets that were both dusty and sticky. Moving furniture even one centimeter shows how much dust that has been there for a very long time. The apartment room also reeked of cigarettes, and the neighbors in the apartment next to mine were constantly smoking outside my window. There’s a window curtain that doesn’t close all the way, so anyone can look directly in, since it’s on the ground floor. Additionally, there was construction happening, which means sometimes the water was turned off. The neighbor told me about this— not the host. There was also bare minimum for supplies— no broom or dustpan, no dish soap, one towel (for a 9 day stay), two used rolls of toilet paper, and the smallest mini-fridge I haven’t seen since university in my dorm room. Not to mention a microwave that was taped together and had cardboard on the side. Even the clothes rack for drying clothes was falling apart. I definitely cleaned that place so much before I left— and it was definitely cleaner than when I arrived. The price I paid was not really equal to the experience I had in the room.

Apartment was specious and clean.
The kitchen utensils were of poor quality and rusted.

Literally nothing
The apartment was NOT clean, towels were worn out and dirty, found hair in one of them, beddings as well. Two beds were broken and were both brought together and supported in a weird way.
Two used toilet papers were given, and we were 5 individuals and stayed for two nights, requested more toilet papers, and got ignored.

It has great kitchen, the stove works great, you can easily cook on it. Bathroom is very modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable.
The host sent us the wrong code for the electric doors throug which you come on to the property. And the doors of the apartment were unlocked upon our arrival. But he answered our call right away and was quickly available so we got the right code and were able to start enyojing our stay.

The position is rather comfortable, in a quiet road, with free parking for the car. The shower was very nice and well working.
As I arrived the floor was flooded because of a failure the washing machine had had, by the way, they came to help me and assist me for solving such a trouble.
