Helpful staff and spacious room

The breakfast is a classic 'local' breakfast. Staff was helpful they speak only Spanish. They helped us to find a car+driver after the rental agency cancelled our car. Its close to the park but on a busy street 30+ min. walking from the city centre. Spacious big rooms. Good comfort.

Some people wrote it was an excellent breakfast, I mean its OK but I would not call it excellent. Its a bit further from the centre but you'll see it on the map anyway. They use to have hand towels (sign on the mirror still points it out) but they stoped giving this according to the cleaning lady. Which is a bit weird because a hand towel is not a big deal.

No gusto el hecho de que cuando hice la reservación yo reserve en ese hotel por qué es pet friendly por qué viaje con mis mascotas y nunca me hicieron saber que eso tenía costo extra deberían especificarlo ya que yo creía que eso iba incluido en el precio de la reservación

Confort y tranquilidad dentro de la ciudad

El confort de la habitación y el trato amable del personal de limpieza con mi esposa, la ubicación del hotel con relación a mi trabajo y la ubicación cercana a diferentes centros de entretenimiento.

El servicio de restaurante sigue quedando a deber, no hay variedad dentro del menú; el estacionamiento es algo reducido en cuanto a parque vehicular y lamento no haber tenido una habitación con una mejor vista de la ciudad (Hab. 107).

Mediocridad en todo sentido, con algo de destrato.

La habitación amplia y bastante cómoda en general. El estacionamiento dentro del hotel muy accesible.

El primer día muy mal olor en la habitación, luego lo resolvieron. Todo el funcionamiento es bastante caótico. No recuerdo haber tenido que esperar tanto en una fila para hacer un simple check in. En la primera noche me dijeron que el último pedido para cenar en el restaurante lo tomaban hasta las 22hs., fui a las 21.55 y la persona a cargo del bar me dijo con total indiferencia y desprecio que no me iban a atender. Finalmente intervino el manager a cargo de la recepción y convenció a la gente de la cocina para que al menos me sirvieran una sopa, pero todo muy desprolijo y desagradable. La caja fuerte no funcionaba y no había nadie para arreglarla el primer día, tuve que esperar al día siguiente.

Muy contento con me estancia, gracias por el servicio.

Cuando voy al sureste de vacaciones, siempre paro en Villahermosa, este hotel se me hace muy cómodo, sus desayunos son ricos nada pesados, muy buenos para seguir con mi viaje. El personal muy atento.

Hasta el día de hoy no tengo problemas, solo una ovación que tuvo conflicto con el agua , no llegó la pipa a tiempo, pero creo que un para de horas esperando salí a hacer unas compras cercanas cuando regrese ya se había solucionado.

Todo tienen un excelente ambiente limpio cómodo y la comida muy rica caliente hay variedad para elegir todo fresco y de calidad las camas muy cómodas y limpias y el baño también el agua caliente

La ubicación está genial: muy cerca del Parque Museo La Venta y La Laguna. Las instalaciones, el personal y el desayuno excelentes. Todo muy limpio, amplio y todos muy amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 😉

El desayuno es muy demandado por la gente que se hospeda y son trabajadores principalmente de la industria petrolera, no había casi lugar para desayunar temprano El menú tiene lo necesario la ubicación es buena

We booked for 5 and got a room for 3! Thé staff was not at all helpfull but wanted to charge us an extra room. We left finally for another place! Not to recommend!

The location of this hotel was perfect for the the main things I wanted to do in the area. It was immaculately clean, the staff were super helpful, and their inclusive breakfast was delicious. I had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for visiting the La Venta Park/Museum, bed was big and comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good. We also had a light dinner in the restaurant and it was fine.

No hot water in shower. When I called for a hair dryer, the receptionist said she would find one and bring it to our room. After waiting a half hour, I went down to the lobby and she told me they didn't have any. We asked them to call a taxi the next morning for our early departure at 6:30am. When we got to the lobby, no taxi was there. We had to go to the street and hail one down.
