This home is located in a quiet cove on Lake Murray. Enjoy relaxing on the screen porch with an amazing view of the lake.
The home is comfortable and spacious with over 2000 sq ft with all the amenities of home. Private dock with year round deep water. House comfortably sleeps 8. Large kitchen that includes bar seating for 3 in addition to the several dining areas in the kitchen, on the screen porch, side patio and down by the dock. Spacious screen porch has a two ceiling fans, sitting areas and dinning table.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and an upstairs sitting area that includes a full bed.
Towels and linens provided.
Floats, games and a kayak available for use during your stay.

We were in town for a military retirement party. The house was in a nice location. Very quiet and close to where the party was being held. The house was very comfortable. The views were beautiful! If we were to come back to this area again we would rent this house again!

We loved the screened in porch and view of the lake! So many nice touches like starter Kureg coffee cups to paper towels, toilet paper and spices. Plenty of floats to use and the cove was so quiet and peaceful. I imagine on the the weekends there is a lot of activity but our midweek stay was filled with the sounds of birds, water lapping against the dock and the neighbour's lawn mowers getting their yards ready for the weekend. We even caught a few fish off the dock. Thank you for so many thoughtful extras that made this a great stay!

We had looked at so many different VRBO places, however, we kept coming back to this property. We are glad we did. We enjoyed it so much , we sent a text to asked for an extra day. Sitting outside on the dock patio watching the ducks, turtles and boats were the best relaxation we have had in a long time due to so many health issues. We also enjoyed the enclosed porch on the damp raining days. We hope to return next year.

We were down for my son’s graduation from U of SC Law School. A little bit of a drive to Columbia but great setting to stay out of the city. House was very comfortable and the screen porch was a plus! Would stay again!

This was our first visit to Lake Murray and boy did we pick the perfect house to rent! It was extremely clean and well stocked. Very spacious and the porch was a huge hit! The dock was plenty big enough for ourc2 bass boats and had power to charge them. The host was very quick to reply with any questions we had. The neighbors are so nice and even tried to invite us to the neighborhood fish fry! ( but we were out fishing until dark everyday) The neighborhood caretaker as I call him, Luke, stopped by to see if we needed anything and even let us pull our boat at his launch! I cant say enough great things about this place. By far the best neighborhood we have ever stayed at! We will definitely stay here again!

My sister and I rented the house for Fathers Day weekend with our dad. It was a great house, plenty of space and a beautiful location. The dock was wonderful for fishing or just sitting around. We swam in the lake and used the floats Molly had provided. Molly was quick with responses and answered all of my questions. The neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! The house was perfect for our 6 adults and two children, with plenty of space and a great screen porch overlooking the lake. I’m already missing those views! Everything was clean and all essentials were provided. There was a great dock and even floats and a kayak were available for our use! We had lots of water fun without even having a boat, and also caught fish right off the dock. All on all, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Murray.

The home was perfect. The screened in porch was facing the river and an amazing place to watch the sunrise and drink coffee. Nature sounds were all over, from the birds chirping to fish jumping. The inside was exactly what we needed. Very spacious. The downstairs master was huge and was a blessing since one of the family members can't do a lot of steps. The 2 grills were a hit, we had to cook a lot of food for the celebration. The neighbors were very friendly and the area itself was quiet. We would definitely rent again if the need arises.

During a difficult time for our family, the property manager was helpful and very accommodating to our needs. House was completely furnished for a Thanksgiving dinner. Home was immaculate and was in a great location on Lake Murray. We really enjoyed the views on their screen porch. Definitely would recommend this house to friends and definitely would return for a vacation. Great Place!!

We visited over Labor Day weekend to attend South Carolina football’s home opener. The house was very clean and a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen and living area is much larger than it appears in the listing photos. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and grilling for dinner. Ceiling fans were nice in every sleeping area and on the porch.
We loved the dock and enjoyed floating and swimming. But the best part was the amazing front porch overlooking the quiet peaceful cove just a few feet away.
Molly was quick to respond to all my questions and gave some great recommendations for local eats! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time (for the second year in a row) in this house. Everything was clean and organized and the checkin process was seamless. The house has a great location in a quiet cove and deep enough water for a boat but also to wade into the water. Definitely an awesome experience in the house.

Relaxing Weekend
Rental process was simple and easy! We brought our boat and parked at their dock so we were able to get out on the boat several times a day. Lake was large and very nice to tour. Bonus…. Neighbors were very nice!

With a stop for groceries along the way, we had everything we needed waiting for us. From a stocked kitchen, gas grill, coffee maker and washer/dryer to smart TVs, some games, floats and (older) kayaks. Although many spots to enjoy from the water to the dock or the deck, my favorite spot was the screened in porch overlooking the cove. I sipped my coffee there in the morning and then, come night, a glass of wine watching the sky turn pink. Although it was just my daughter and I, the house is plenty big for more. Hosts were responsive with check- in questions. These were peaceful and relaxing moments I will look back on fondly.

This home was just right for us. My 88yr old mom enjoyed sitting watching the water and boats. My granddaughter and the dog had fun running, playing and learned to fish. It was space for everyone we loved it!!!

We throughly enjoyed staying at the lake! The home was clean, decor was simple but beautiful. The dock was great with plenty of space to sit, or dock your boat. The public boat ramp is close by and easy to navigate back to the home (10 min by water), 8 min drive. The screened in porch was amazing. Publix and Walmart were within an acceptable distance for grocery shopping.
