This fully renovated condo is as centrally located as you can get! (Walk Score 95, Bike Score 94) Steps from all of the city's most popular attractions including River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, St. John the Baptist, the SCAD buildings, and several incredible restaurants and cafés.
Arrive stress-free with keyless entry and self-check-in. The condo is a third-floor walkup, with the entrance door located between the Savannah Bee Company and The Coffee Fox and a straight staircase leading you up to the loft!
The Broughton Street Loft comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.
Fall in love with the historic charm of this loft featuring a modern-industrial style with soaring ceilings and exposed beams in the open-concept living area and multiple skylights flooding in natural light. Vintage brick walls in the living and bedrooms and original hardwood floors give the condo its old-world charm, while the kitchen and bathrooms are appointed with modern amenities.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a modern private bathroom with tile to the ceiling, a jetted shower panel, and a walk-in closet. The spacious guest room features a queen bed as well as a twin day bed with a trundle to accommodate 2 extra guests. See a lovely little view of downtown and the top of the bridge from the Juliette balcony.
For your convenience, there is fast WiFi, a private full-size washer/dryer, and ample closet space. Our guests enjoy complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar, tea varieties, laundry, and dish detergent for the first 30 days of their stay. Also provided are quality bed linens, bath towels, and goose-down comforters. Maps, menus, and touring information are available in our Welcome Book. For your pleasure, enjoy the local books about the city and history of Savannah.
Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep, and in the morning wake up to a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the kitchen or pop downstairs to The Coffee Fox and grab a quick pick-me-up espresso drink to give you the energy you need for a day on the town. If you're heading out to Tybee beach grab a striped towel and kids toys if you need them and enjoy the sun and the sand.
The nickname “Hostess City” fits the bill. Savannah is a warm, friendly blend of funky, scenic, romantic, and artistic vibes. Go antique shopping or thrifting in the Starland District or grab a beer at one of the many microbreweries. Take a formal walking tour, ghost tour, historical tour, or food tour through the Historic Districts. Go for a romantic carriage ride along the cobblestone streets past the historic mansions.
After a day of exploring, come back and relax on the comfortable leather sofa, stream your favorite shows and movies from Peacock Premium by NBCUniversal or log in to your personal streaming services. Play a round or two of shuffleboard or have a darts competition, before heading back out to enjoy one of the top restaurants in the city a walk away or stay in and cook a nice meal in the full kitchen.
Please note that this condo gives you great access to the heart of downtown. Because of its central location, there is city noise that will filter up from the street. Though this loft is tucked away off busy Broughton Street, we've provided a white noise machine and blackout curtains in both bedrooms to help drown out the city sounds if you're a light sleeper. If you think you might be bothered by this during your stay, the downtown area may not be the spot for you. However, if what you are looking for is an exciting place to hang your hat while you see and do all you can on your weekend away, this is a great home for you during your visit to Savannah.
The Broughton Street Loft is a quick 20-minute drive or Uber from the airport. We offer complimentary use of our parking pass during your stay for one car at the Whitaker Street Parking Garage. For alternative parking options, there is on-street parking around the city and a City of Savannah Visitors Day Pass is available for purchase online for discounted meter rates. For a pass, go to the Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17Hundred90 Inn and Restaurant front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. We recommend you leave your car parked and enjoy the walking lifestyle that makes Savannah fabulous.
We hope that you choose to stay here. We love Savannah, and we think that staying at The Broughton Street Loft will give you the perfect slice of life in this jewel of a town.

The location was very convenient. It does get loud at night with people partying at various venues or on the streets, but ear plugs were effective. The unit was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We did an excursion every day, including a hop on hop off bus, kayaking, civil war walking tour, boat trip to Daufuskie Island and tour there and an architectural walking tour. So lots to do.
Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay for a girls' weekend in Savannah. The location was perfect. Far enough away from the madness of River Street but still in the middle of plenty of action. I used my own white noise machine on top of the white noise machines provided and the noise on the street below wasn't an issue. Overall a wonderful experience.

Both Savannah and our friends are “ol’ friends”. Love this location. Right in the heart of the excitement. You feel “VIP” walking out of your condo right onto a busy street surrounded by shops. Your glutes get a nice workout as there’s 3 flights of stairs to climb. The city felt alive and safe. Adventures AWAIT!

We stayed for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time! The location was amazing, very walkable to many popular bars and restaurants. The only downfall to that is the noise at night but the sounds machines helped with that!

This place is adorable and in a fabulous location. The host is incredible and thoughtful! It is loud around the area as clearly stated, but the noise machines help! It just comes with the perfect location! I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kim's place, the location was wonderful for shopping, restaurants and night life. The home was well equipped with kitchen items and bedrooms and bathrooms with linens. The stairs gave us a run for our money on arrival/departure days, but we needed the workout after eating our way through town!

We were here for a long weekend with friends and a small child. The location was perfect! We were able to walk and see so much in the short amount of time we had in Savannah. Kim was so responsive and helpful whenever we had questions! The property was so comfortable and we'll sto cked. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful loft. Located in the heart of Savannah this location couldn't be beat - a few blocks to almost everything. The loft was exactly as advertised with everything you need for an amazing stay. The host was super helpful offering up suggestions and very responsive through the booking process. Couldn't have asked for a better time or place.

We stayed here to celebrate our son’s graduation from SCAD.
This apartment checked every box. Plenty large for the 6 of us.
It was very well appointed and clean.
You cannot beat the location! Close to all the fun Savannah has to offer.
Kim was an amazing host. She answered every question I had very quickly.
I felt like she genuinely cared about our stay there.
We would absolutely stay there again.
The stairs mentioned are a thing but it didn’t hinder us at all.
Not for elderly but that didn’t hinder our fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Savannah and the location of this property is perfect for walking all around the city to see the sites.
We would definitely stay here again if we return. To parents with young children, make sure they are okay with late night noise from the local area. No issue for us, since it was a child free weekend.

Fabulous location for our stay in Savannah. Property manager was helpful and provided suggestions and tips before we arrived.

Loved the stay! Just beware, there are about 50 steps to get up to the apartment. The two queen beds were very comfortable but the twin beds mattresses were hard to sleep on. There were limited house supplies (I.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc) so we had to go out and buy after the first day. The place was kept up and we loved the keyless entry and parking garage access. Thank you! Would definitely book again!!

It was in a great location with a parking pass which made it very easy for car rental. The one down side was it was very loud due to construction late into the night. Other than that, it was fantastic!

This unit is adorable!!! Loved the brick walls and all the exposed wood beams. I wanted to move in and never leave!! Much more spacious than I was expecting. Perfect location to walk to everything in the downtown area. Coffee Fox located right next door. Nothing better than a horchata latte first thing in the morning. I did not find there to be a noise issue as some other people stated. Yes it is downtown and Yes if a busy time of year you will have alot more night time activity. But between the fan and noise machine we slept without issue. This was our 5th time to Savannah and have stayed in hotels usually, this unit was actually quieter than our stay in the Hotel Indigo a few years ago. The owner responds right away if you have any questions or need anything. I would without a doubt stay at this rental again!!!!

Place was exactly as described and communication with the owner, Kim, was top notch. Checking in was a breeze and when we did need help I was able to speak to Kim within minutes. The loft is well stocked even down to shampoo and conditioner. The place is very tidy and beds comfy. We weren’t bothered a bit by the street noise but we used the sound machines and to my delight a box fan.
This was the perfect location and set up for my 4 person girls trip.

Location and top floor apartment was wonderful. The owners were very pleasant and responsive. Just note that the apartment house is on the top floor with no elevator and 37 steps! Even with that being said we would rent there again😊

Our group of girls thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so easy to access all of historic Savannah from the apartment. We did have to use apps for white noise to try to drown out the sounds from the partying crowd late at night, but we expected that since it was Halloween weekend.

Came in town for a family wedding. This property was cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms, had many more accommodations, location could not have better, and did I mention location location location. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area.

When we decided to try a new, different destination for our anniversary, we decided upon this super cool location located in the heart of activity. The location offers many great places to shop, eat and/or explore. The loft is very much as listed and pictured. The hosts were communicative , helpful and kind. We enjoyed the city and all it had to offer and spent the evenings relaxing in the comfort of of this spacious loft.

Kim's listing is just lovely! She made sure to outfit the loft with so many awesome touches. It was the perfect spot for a group of 5 on a bachelorette party. From the wireless phone chargers to all of the board games to the eclectic decor - we loved every second in the lost. Only downside and its not really a true downside but more of a cautionary tale - the loft is atop 3 flights of stairs so if you or anyone in your group has mobility issues its something to keep in my mind. My group had no trouble at all with it!

The place is perfect to have a great time. If you want to bring dinner home and prepare the kitchen has it all.
Darts, shuffleboard were to much fun to have when we came home from a long day
The best part….Kim was an Amazing host. The links in my app were not working so learning how to get in and where to park was a mystery but all I had to do was call and Kim answered. She was patient and polite. Of course we loved it so much. We decided to stay a extra day. Again, Kim was amazing, responsive and the transaction was seamless
I would highly recommend Kim and her fantastic property to anyone

We rented Kim’s space for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for us! Perfect location, clean space, and just enough space for everyone. The parking pass was a nice extra as well. I knew there would be stairs going up, and they didnt bother any of us, but seeing them for the first time was a shock haha. It is loud out night but the noise machines were helpful. I would stay here again!
