Hermosa habitación en el centro de Carloforte

Muy amplia habitación con todo al mano - super agradable la decoración.

Por más que la ubicación era excelente, estiraba justo en el lugar más ruidoso de todo Carloforte. Dificultaba el sueño. El colchón me hizo doler la espalda.

Perfect stay!!!

Spot on property. Best location, at the cutest street of the village, 1 minuto from all th restaurants and bars and 3 minutes from the parking lot. The room has a perfect size and is really well decorated. The bed is a must. We slept really well. Great bathroom size and excellent shower! Really nice staff and amenities. They were really nice offering us free beverages and fruits. I can’t recomment enought.

Lovely days in this beautiful island, for sure a memory that will stay in our hearts!

Great location, right in the center of the town, the hospitality of the host was warm hearted and helpfull, the facilities and amenities were a great surprise!! Room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Air conditioning working well!

Bed and pillows could be more confortable. The apartments are on the 1st floor of a historical building, the stairs are quite tricky if you have any mobility problems or large suitcases.

the property was perfect and Luca was really helpful and always on hand if we needed anything very modern room in a great location

everything with the property was perfect. my only point would be the breakfast was in a different location and wasn’t the most varied but this is an aside to the property.

The location was perfect. The host was there when we arrived to welcome us and give us the information we needed. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and also we had the use of a communal kitchen which was great.

The location was excellent, located in the old town on the main pedestrian path and had access to everything you need. The unit was very clean and daily cleaning was offered at no extra charge. The entire apartment was renovated and the common area was very nice and very useful - we used it to store some food we bought and made snacks. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind - we got some snacks as gifts (like cookies for morning coffee and focaccia on another occasion). There is a breakfast available as well - it's a coupon at a nearby coffee bar but it was absolutely great, you can order nearly as much food as you want (within reason, of course).

It can get a little noisy outside at night and even though the apartment is located on an upper floor, the noise still transfers but it wasn't as bad in some other areas we stayed during our holiday. This isn't a direct fault of the property, but it's important to highlight that for those travelling by car there is no parking because the location is in a traffic limited zone; however there are posted hours where vehicles are permitted to drop off luggage, but parking is at a nearby public space.

Excellent accomodation as long as you don’t have a problem with stairs

The double room was excellent, very clean with good linen & towels. Very spacious & well decorated. It was nice to be able to open doors onto small balcony.

Had not realised there were 3 double rooms sharing kitchen lounge, however not a problem with the other guests. Kitchen sitting area very nice. The main negative was the stairs to first floor. Very steep. Luckily owner had met us on arrival & carried luggage upstairs. My parents found the stairs difficult during their stay.

Great small hotel in the center

Perfect location. Small scale, only three rooms. Very warm welcome. Nice to have coffee, tea and a full minibar in the room.

The floor was a bit dusty and the bed a bit firm, but that is very personal of course

Very poor breakfast in the Bar Napoleone (vaucher given)

Newly furnished and clean rooms, however there was still something missing… our room and common kitchen were not cozy enough.

1) Breakfast was very very poor and absolutely overrated. We were given with the voucher to the Bar Napoleone. The bar served only the coffee and croissant, nothing else… so we were still starving! It is better to book a room without breakfast and go eat to the PIADA FACTORY near to the hotel. 2) Hotel is very good located, so you should be also aware of the BIG noise from the street. 3) NO elevator. Please see the picture with stairs in the hall ;-)
