Prachtig hotel midden in de natuur

Prachtig hotel en top locatie midden in de natuur! Het hotel is erg groot, dus als je minder te been bent, vraag dan om een centrale kamer. Kamer was niet heel groot, maar meer dan prima voor ons.

Het personeel vond ik minder vriendelijk, met name bij de bar. Daarnaast waren er overdag niet zoveel mogelijkheden om wat te eten of te borrelen.

Hotel was great and comfortable. Some senior staff were unfriendly and rude.

The interior design of the lobby is very nice and friendly. The coffee machines and tea in the lobby are also a nice gesture where the guests can get their coffee/tea while planning their holiday. The Fitness room does not have so many machines but the ones they have are nice design and they work well. The Swimming pool is rather small but clean and very comfy. The room was small but sufficient to travel with your partner and the bed was very comfortable. Several staff are very nice and helpful. The staff at the reception mentioned the possibility to watch other films at the cinema and another staff at the swimming pool was very friendly and helpful with the towel.

The reception lady can be friendlier considering a hotel is a hospitality service. We arrived quite early and we already knew that we could not check in early. We just wanted to put our small luggage and ask for hike routes. But before I said anything she said that check-in starts at 15.00 at we cannot do anything for you at the moment. Next to this, we made a reservation for the restaurant through the reception when we checked in. We arrived at the bistro and the lady (with the pink glasses) response was very rude. We asked in a friendly way why the reservation went wrong. She reacted, 'Well, I don't know what went wrong and it would be a waste of time to look at that. I cannot do anything about it. You can take a sit there and we will inform you later'. Her response was very rude and unnecessary. We just lost interest to dine in and decided to have dinner elsewhere.

Tolle Anlage mit gehobener Ausstattung, ideal für 1-2 Übernachtungen, aber nicht im Kellerzimmer.

Tolles Konferenz-Hotel in sehr schöner, ruhiger Waldlage. Die Außenflächen und Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Sehr gut zum Wandern oder Radfahren geeignet. Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist sehr gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Die Nähe zu den Heide-Naturreservaten ist angenehm.

Das man als Booking.com Bucher nur ein "Kellerzimmer" bekommt. Es gab zwar ein Fenster, der Ausblick war aber bescheiden und für die Gesamtlage des Hotels enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr klein (stört aber nicht, wenn man dort nur schlafen will). Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, aber auch nicht besonders oder außergewöhnlich. Die Bedienung abends an der Bar war mäßig freundlich.

Leuke uitvalsbasis voor een korte ‘nature break’!

Mooi hotel, heel netjes ingericht en prachtige lokatie, middenin de bossen. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima (niet overdreven veel keuze, maar genoeg) en ook in het restaurant lekker gegeten.

Fietsen huren is niet heel goedkoop en voor die prijs had het een iets fatsoenlijkere fiets mogen zijn met versnellingen en een beter zadel. Vrij kleine badkamer, die ook een update kan gebruiken naar de stijl van de rest van het hotel.

Fijn verblijf met een paar kanttekeningen

Het zwembad met jetstream zodat je er echt flink tegenin moet zwemmen ( wordt geactiveerd door op een knop te drukken.) De sauna's. Het lekkere bed en grote TV. Het ontbijt en de mooie hal waar je kunt zitten met een kop koffie of thee. De ligging in het bos.

Er was niet goed uitgelegd dat de sauna die ik gereserveerd had buiten was. Ik ben gewoon binnen in de stoomsauna gaan zitten. Beetje jammer.. Ik vond de uitleg aan de balie kort en ik kon mijn kamer vervolgens ook niet vinden. Het stoofpotje bij de bar had een prima smaak, maar was veel te taai. Had zeker nog een uur langer gemoeten. Het personeel in de avond was vooral gericht op de grote groep. Als individu moet je echt de aandacht vragen. De badkamer oogt ouderwets en past niet in de sfeer van de kamer en het hotel. Tevens erg koud.

Fijn genieten met het gezin.

Erg mooi hotel midden in de natuur. Tieners vinden het geweldig, door het zwembadje, de filmzaal en het leuke knutsel atelier. Aardig personeel ook.

Kamers op -1 zijn wat minder fijn qua uitzicht dan de kamers hoger.

Voor herhaling vatbaar! Voortreffelijk;-)

De faciliteiten en de mogelijkheid om saunatijd te reserveren! Heerlijk! Prachtige ligging; rust. Uitstraling van het hotel; geweldig!! Prachtige fitnessruimte. Alles met veel oog voor detail ingericht.

Er was niet veel keuze in bruin vers brood. Wel weer vers gebakken eieren en veel goed fruit!

Prachtige locatie met wat kleine verbeterpunten.

De bedden en het ontbijt waren fantastisch! Koffie thee waren de hele dag vrij om te pakken.

De kamers zijn erg klein en gehorig.De kraan in de douche was waardeloos, hebben we ook gemeld. Je moet ieder drankje direct afrekenen, je kan het niet op de kamer laten zetten, de ruimte waar ook de bar is is prachtig maar er is geen sfeer. Er kan alleen per pin betaald worden

Prima lokatie voor trainingen, conferenties etc

Inrichting modern maar warm. Prima voorzieningen. Klein zwembadje. Mooie conferentiezalen. Bioscoop!

Kamer was 'krap'. En best gehorig. Geen mogelijkheid om klein lichtje bij bed aan te doen. Licht in badkamer werkt op sensor, maar als je dan onder de douche staat, in de afgesloten cabine, gaat het licht ineens uit.

A good value modern wellness hotel

This modern hotel is well-located for those planning a wellness break, cycling holiday, or walks in the woods since it is in the Hoge Veluwe National Park itself. There was an excellent breakfast selection. In view of the facilities it seemed good value. We were grateful for the secure bike storage since we were on a cycle tour. Also a good location for visiting Arnhem and the wonderful Kröller-Müller Museum at nearby Otterlo.

The rooms are mainly on two floors stretched out across a wide area. Our room was virtually at the end of the hotel and a long way from most facilities. The twin room was surprisingly small. The bathroom would not suit larger guests. There is something of a disconnect between the hotel and its restaurant, the latter being closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Hotel voorzien met alle gemakken, heerlijk in de natuur!

Mooi hotel met veel faciliteiten. De kamers zijn mogelijk wat klein, maar als je je er op instelt, is dit geen enkel probleem. De kamer heeft een goed bed en het ontbijt is echt heerlijk, het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is ook erg mooi, Lunteren zelf vonden we zelf niet zo bruisend, maar Ede ligt in de buurt en heeft iets meer te bieden.

De badkamer is wat klein, maar ok. Wel jammer dat de waterdruk niet zo goed is. Je kan beter bij de wellness douchen, daar hebben ze een heerlijke regendouche.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Lage in der Natur, toll zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr schön und gemütlich mit tollem Doppelbett. Man konnte sehr schnell und unkompliziert Fahrräder leihen. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch das Essen im Bistro am Abend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!

Nice hotel; give it a try

Location is awesome. In the forest a couple of kilometers from a town. Quiet and isolated. The hotel is a conference centre so has various amenities (pool, library, games room, spa). Spacious lobby and hallways. Awesome breakfast. All manner of items and large area to enjoy your food. Safe and secure bike area. Quick ride into town for dinner.

We booked a lower cost room. So were given a basement room (had a window at least) and was very small. The hotel appeared empty so it would have been nice to give us a better room. Some toiletries were missing; our request for the items was ignored. Customer experience people were just okay. Took our money and that was it.

Beatiful hotel in a fantastic woodland setting, excellent meal in the restarant, and a wonderful breakfast. Superb swimming pool , although quite small, lovely quiet room with a view of the forest. Large car park.

The hotel is surrounded by forest. Near to hiking area. We liked a lot the location. Hotel was clean. Quite. Its good for relaxation.

Breakfast could be much more better. The taste of scrambled eggs were terrible. Breads were not really good. Fruits were not fresh. The coffee was bad. The rooms are really small. We booked king size bed room. Almost the bed covers all room. We had an issue to walk inside of the room.

Wow! We loved our stay at De Werelt! It was absolutely gorgeous both inside and out, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was neat and clean! We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Atelier is a fun. Breakfast is nice.

Have stayed there before and loved it. This time we got a room with a moldy bath. Additionally, there was confusion with the booking as I had booked each night separately, leading to misunderstandings and inconvenience during my stay. The key card stopped working after the first night, and I was asked to pay the taxes again, which was an unnecessary hassle. The room was not cleaned. Contacted the reception several times about it but despite their reassurances, no one arrived to address the situation. The buffet dinner, which we enjoyed during the previous visit, was not available during this stay which was a letdown for us.

The location : the hotel is situated in a fantastic spot deep in beautiful woodland. The interior of the hotel is spacious, light & airy and beautifully designed to reflect the natural environment.
