Very good

Easy to park, quiet apart from the gulls on the roof, looks like someone’s home - fully furnished, lots of utensils. It served us fine as a base for a few days and is within a short drive of beaches and the main town.

Very shady garden and house - good for a heatwave but dark inside, not a lot of light. An older property. The small town is quite dull and colourless.

Well located appartment. Nice garden and terrace with seaview. Suitable for family. Lot of parking lots in front of appartment. Host communicated via whatsapp.

We just loved our stay here and will definitely return again

I loved loved loved everything about this apartment! it is right across the road from the sea and a short walk to the town and the beaches. Everything is provided for a day at the beach, beach seats, umbrellas etc. there is a washing machine and a small kitchen if you want to cook for a change from going out! A fridge to keep your wine chilled and all in great working order! Bed is comfortable and the bathroom perfect!

Good location for big family

Very good appartement for 1 big family or even 2 small families. Since we travelled as a group of 3 friends we enjoyed that each of us had their own room. Also we enjoyed the garden terraces with a bit of sea view and to make some barbecue outside. Perfect calm location to explore the beautiful city of Alghero (which is only a few minutes by car) but still have calm holidays, because it is located at a calm corner near the sea (without beach, but there are good beaches not too far by car too) Also the small and calm village of Fertillia has a shop and some small restaurants not too far away by foot. The owner (who was not there but texted us when we had any needs) was very friendly and even organised somebody to bring us a new barbecue when we reported that it was missing (it seems it was stolen). It had everything we needed.

You should not expect anything very modern and should not mind that everything is kind of „aged“, then you can have a very good time there. One of the 2 showers did not have warm water and somehow they did not manage to repair it during our 3 days stay (but we also did not ask again, because one shower was enough for us too).
