Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Muy buena ubicación, habitación amplia, con mesa y armario. Además tuvieron el detalle de dejar agua y unos caramelos. Todo limpio y bonito. La reforma del baño me gustó mucho. Cerca hay varias calles en las que se puede aparcar de forma gratuita, tuvieron la amabilidad de señalármelas y pude aparcar muy cerca sin necesidad de parking ni de meter el coche en el casco viejo.

El baño era bastante pequeño comparado con la habitación y el extractor de aire hacía un ruidito más tenue cuando está la luz apagada que cuando está encendido, pero al estar cerca de la cama se oía igualmente con la puerta cerrada, hay gente que no se daría ni cuenta pero a mí me resultó un poco molesto para dormir.

Camera e bagno piccoli in un palazzo vecchio non a uso esclusivo della struttura con ambienti condominiali fatiscenti. Accesso con codici. La posizione risulta essere abbastanza rumorosa la sera a causa dei molti locali presenti in centro.

A Hidden gem in Burgos

Wonderful helpful host. Near Camino, Cathedral. Nice lobby with snacks/drinks available for a low price.

Entry door to building and stairwell look worn but the part of the building that is the Pension is modern and clean.

Estancia muy agradable

Todo perfecto, un apartamento muy acogedor dotado de todas las comodidades y servicios. Estaba muy céntrico y hay zona blanca cerca para aparcar, con lo que nos ahorramos el parking. La calefacción fue un punto a su favor ya que justo los días que fuimos a Burgos había bajado mucho la temperatura, pero en el apartamento se estaba muy bien.

Cama muy cómoda. Decoracion con bien gusto . Limpio y muy bien situado para visitar el centro histórico de burgos. Totalmente reformado.Atención buena con referencias sobre locales para comer volvería a repetir .

Céntrico y cómodo

Las camas eran muy cómodas.

Al igual la habitación y baño son un poco pequeños, la puerta de baño no abre del todo xq tocaba con el wc.. y en la habitación no teníamos mucho espacio para abrír la maleta. La escalera de la entrada dan un poco de mal rollo son viejas y medio rotos los peldaños.

Muito agradável e bem localizado. Voltaria, sem dúvida!

Apartamento agradável com todas as comodidades necessárias, nomeadamente máquina de lavar a roupa e loiça. Localização muito boa, mesmo no centro histórico que, sendo uma zona limitada ao tráfego, não é possível entrar com o carro mas como fica junto à entrada fica fácil arranjar estacionamento perto. Saindo a pé há imensos restaurantes e toda a zona é muito interessante.

O apartamento fica num primeiro andar sem elevador pois é um edifício antigo. Não são muitas escadas mas é algo a considerar para quem tem, como nós, crianças com carrinhos de bebé. Não vimos isso como um problema, pois as escadas são largas, pelo que se torna fácil pegar nas coisas e subir um pouco. O apartamento tem aquecimento, mas está programado para ligar e desligar e não temos controlo sobre isso. Percebo a funcionalidade e a poupança de energia, mas em dias muitos frios como os que lá passámos ao fim de algum tempo com o aquecimento desligado sentia-se a quebra da temperatura.

Excellent hotel

Loved our stay here. Lovely room, comfortable bed, well located and exceptional value for money. There is a coffee machine and honesty bar and a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The host answers all messages very promptly and kindly let us leave our bags safely there after check out. We will definitely stay again but next time would book the underground parking offered as it was quite difficult to find street parking. Thank you!

La ubicación es de 10, estás a tan sólo 5 minutos de la Catedral y encima tienes parking a 50 metros del alojamiento. Todo muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda y está decorado todo con mucho gusto.

Lo único es que el ambientador nos pareció un poco fuerte, pero nada que no sea soportable. Cuándo llegas el rellano te "asusta" un poco por el estado en el que está (edificio antiguo) pero al llegar al alojamiento ves que has acertado 😉

Ein Traumapartment direkt in der Altstadt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

Schon die Informationen vor der Anreise waren EINMALIG! Es wurde eine EXAKTE Wegbeschreibung mit Fotos zugesendet. Doch damit nicht genug! Wir erhielten vorab SUPER TIPPS wo man am Besten essen gehen kann. Da kann sich manch andere Unterkunft eine Scheibe davon abschneiden! Die Unterkunft selbst (70m² Apartment) war exakt wie beschrieben. Wer den Flair von Altbauwohnungen mag kommt hier zu 100% auf seine Kosten! Die Tiefgarage zum Parken des Autos war direkt um die Ecke. Der Vermieter der Wohnungen war jederzeit erreichbar (tagsüber auch in der Wohnung nebenan) und sehr hilfsbereit! Sollten wir nochmals nach Burgos kommen würden wir jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft mieten. Vielen Dank für einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass der alte Dielenboden sehr schmutzig war! Gerne hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt barfuß zu laufen. Das war leider nicht möglich! Doch dieser kleine "Verbesserungsvorschlag" dürfte schnell umzusetzen sein ... und keinesfalls von einer Buchung dieser Unterkunft abhalten!

La habitación, limpia,cómoda, amplia,con todo lo necesario y un poco mas...y la posibilidad de desayunar o tomar una cerveza mientras cenas algo en la habitación.

Por decir algo..la entrada al portal y las escaleras (aunque son de la comunidad desmerecen lo que te encuentras dentro)

La ubicación no podía ser mejor y las camas muy cómodas. Para estar en el centro no se oía nada de ruido de la calle, el aislamiento genial.

Hacía calor y no tenía aire acondicionado la habitación, aunque había un ventilador que nos refrescó.

Excellent accommodation in beautiful Burgos!

Beautiful large room in lovely old building, overlooking a pretty square. Excellent location near to bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Check in by keypad with PIN code emailed on morning of arrival worked well. Loved everything about the place!

Delightful place to stay

The location was super and the parking very close and easy to access. They email you full details of how to access the pedestrian zone and an individual code to get into the Pensione and your room. Although there is no one on reception, it didn’t matter as they responded instantly on WhatsApp when we could find the key to the parking. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the wifi strong and didn’t drop out. It made a perfect base to explore the city.

The only criticism we had was that there is no air conditioning and the fan in the room, while effective, was very noisy which was a shame.

Dona Urraca: the perfect stay to visit Burgos.

The pension is strategically situated in the city centre of Burgos. Car parking is available nearby at a very good price and the host executed the formalities to enter the Limited Traffic Zone (moreover, I was kindly allowed to keep the car park beyond check out time to visit the city). They also gave us good tips about restaurants. The flat is very nice and well furnished and clean. We really enjoyed to stay one night at Dona Urraca, we would have liked to prolong our stay because Burgos is really nice.

If I have to report a minus, it is the lack of air conditioning. There is a fan that normally is enough but for the hottest days in August. In any case, I would go back to Dona Urraca even without air conditioning.

We loved the location but wished the property were more accessible.

The hotel had an excellent location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, the cathedral, and other attractions. The rooms were attractive and clean, and we loved the honesty bar.

I think it should be clear when booking that guests have to climb two flights of stairs with their luggage. This property was not at all accessible for people with limited mobility. When the website said all rooms were on the first floor, this was not the impression it gave, especially to people from countries in which the first floor is typically on the ground level. The room was also a bit small for two people. It would have been perfect for me if I were traveling alone.

Lovely, comfy rooms in a great location, highly recommended & great value

Great location in the old town, a few steps to very good bars and restaurants. Excellent instructions to parking space a short walk from the rooms. Nice comfy bed and very good shower. Will certainly stay here again if in the area.

Would benefit from air conditioning, especially in the summer heat. Could also be noisy in the busier or fiesta times, but it is bang in the middle of the old town, so to be expected. Didn't affect our stay and wouldn't put us off staying here again.
