Wonderful home with breathtaking views
We stayed at the Creekside Escape home for a family vacation in Breckenridge. The home was very cozy inside and boasted stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. The jacuzzi was a nice relaxing feature. Pinnacle lodging was very responsive as they answered any questions we had within a few minutes. The one unfortunate inaccuracy in the photos was that the upper outdoor patio set was supposed to have a firepit patio table that we looked forward to enjoying during our stay, but it was not there (there was a gas firepit on the lower patio by the jacuzzi). The house is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the local grocery store and there's a Whole Foods and Walmart only 15 minutes away as well as other shops and restaurants. Lovely downtown Breckenridge is also only a 5 minute drive from the house. It was a clean house when we arrived, but the stair railings need cleaned as they were rather sticky. One suggestion we have would be to swap the bunk bedroom with the non-master suite bedroom on the 2nd level. The reason being that the bunk beds are in the lower level with the entertainment/bar room. So we couldn't really take advantage of the bar room once the kids were in bed. All in all this was a fantastic vacation home conveniently nestled in beautiful Breckenridge with breathtaking views of the beautiful scenic Colorado Rockies.

Beautiful Home!
We had an amazing time at Creekside escape. Very cleans and stocked with plenty of blankets, towels, pillows, etc. The home was roomy and had multiple balconies to enjoy the view from. There are windows all over the house so you can see the mountains from anywhere you go. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items (anything you could think of) along with basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, tea, coffee, etc. hot tub was awesome too and only a short walk away from the door
Property manager responded promptly to all questions and we were able to check in early and check out late. We did not rent a car or drive and used the free bus about 80% of the time. Only ubered when we were going to places that weren’t on Main Street, but you can get to downtown and the slopes east by bus

Beautiful home- exceeded my expectations!
Just returned from a great stay in this home. I’ve stayed in several rental homes throughout Summit County but this was my first time renting from Pinnacle and they exceeded my expectations. The home was CLEAN, and thoughtfully furnished. Between the appliances and housewares, we could have easily prepped a holiday meal in that kitchen. It was not the typical Air BnB kitchen with terrible knives and shoddy cookware.
The location was great for us and we found it to be the right balance between walkable to town (25 minute walk) but also felt like we were in the mountains as it’s an established neighborhood with mature landscaping, trails that are literally behind the house, and a lovely creek that beat anything a white noise machine could attempt. My only regret is that we only stayed 3 nights and that wasn’t long enough to enjoy everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The only potential imperfection that we noticed was that the wifi signal wasn’t consistently good throughout the house. So if you will have a large group with everyone needing to have strong WIFI in every room, this could be an issue. Didn’t bother us, but some may appreciate a heads up. We will be back!

60th Birthday Celebration
Fabulous! We love Breckenridge Co and so my husband wanted to celebrate turning 60 in there. The house was wonderful, fully equipped and lots of throw blankets. The location with the stream running behind was wonderful.
The only thing you might consider is installing a couple of ceiling fans. It cooled off at night but sometimes it would have been nice having the air circulate.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay
Our party enjoyed the views and space the home had to offer. A couple of details which were minor like dull knives and a TV issue in the gameroom were passed onto management but didn't interrupt our stay at all. Cool decor in the house and many blankets for cold days/nights. Patio was spacious and plenty of room to play in the snow or lounge around outside. Would recommend!

Breck Bliss!
Beautiful house, well appointed, clean, great location (walking distance to Main Street, short drive to everything else), situated on a creek in a secluded neighborhood, hiking trails nearby, really couldn't ask for anything more!

Nice for a big group
Property description was accurate. Kitchen was very nice and more fully stocked than many rentals. Location was good but kind of on the outskirts of Breck. It was a good 20 minute walk into town. Some squeaky doors could use some WD-40 and upstairs bathroom was draining slowly but otherwise everything was great for our large group. We did the gold mine escape room down the road and the kids had fun at Eric's arcade on main street.

Nice Stay
House was nice and location was good. About 1 mile from downtown. Backs to nice creek and trails. Views are awesome.
The water temperature situation is kinda crazy though. Water temp changes all on its own from cold to scalding. House could use a little maintenance too. Back gate lock broke, some boards falling off hot tub. But overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Family Reunion and Anniversary Celebration
Had a great time in Breckenridge and loved our stay at the Creekside Escape. Had everything we needed plus more! Clean, next to walking/biking/hiking trails, with a flowing creek 20 feet from the house. We enjoyed sitting outside (with the fireplace going in the evening), using the hot tub, and using the well stocked kitchen to make our meals. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend this home to everyone except those who are not good with stairs (for upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bedroom).
