Very good for overnight halt. Solves the purpose.

Cleanest bathroom on a budget hotel I have ever seen. Breakfast was very good for the price.

Cheap. It was fine for one night

It was very cheap, the bedsheets were clean, and it was close to the city center. There were shops close by. We only stayed for one night so it was fine. We also left our backpacks there overnight and they took care of them well.

The bathrooms were not really cleaned.

Superb

I was on my business trip and the property is located closer to my work place that's why I booked it and it turned out to be really comfortable and clean. Also, the food is amazing.

neat rooms and bang for buck

the owner was very helpful, humble and engaged cabs and bikes were available at property or provided by owner very near to railway stations neat and clean room can recommend to anyone blindly but there was no view but that was not a problem

Room was neat and clean Buffet breakfast was good.

Some of staff who came for luggage pick up was reluctant to pick because there were many luggage more than their expectations.its not actually acceptable behaviour from a hotel staff..and the manager need to be little polite towards visitors.

Not up to the mark

Stay was ok ok. I did not find it worth enough. Wasn't that clean. They should provide water bottle atleast in the room. You can get a better stay at this price I believe.

Plenty of mosquitoes in washroom and manager staff should be checked each and every vacant room before entering guests

Room and bathroom were clean.location was easy to access.The lady at the reception was very helpful don't know her name but a big thumbs up for her 🍫

Awesome Boutique Property

Awesome Boutique Property & a complete value for money . Some of the best features of this Hotel are ;-- Spacious rooms Upstandard designer bathrooms Water kettle of 5 lts kept in the room Clean Property Excellent service levels Budget Price but Premium Rooms Breakfast was of good quality Not on the main road but still not far away from the main road . One can walk down , takes 5 mins One of the very special feature I found here is the lighting ✨️ 🙌 👌 Inside the room the same switch when switched on & off three times , it shows a different lighting each time . 2nd unique lighting is inside the bathroom where the mirror shows a blue light , when you touch it 💙 then there is light from the mirror which looks really beautiful . It's a very unique concept from the hotel owner . I wanted to take a video but could not do so . 3rd good feature is the extra Spacious rooms which can be really useful when large families book here during wedding or any other occasion. My special thanks to Mr.Gupta for spending those lovely time with me , Enjoyed the discussion thoroughly . Now I have become a Permanent guest of The Park Residency 🙏🌈✅️♥️ Dehradun , Uttarakhand . Thank you so much , Wishing for a better way forward 💥✌️All the best for more Projects from your business firm .

Great comfortable stay.

The hotel was just 1km from clock tower. The checkin was smooth and at checkin the owner guided us about local sightseeing places. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The food from their in-house resturant was delicious. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also great with various options on offer.

Average stay. Immediately upon check in , receptions asked for upfront payment.

Central market of Paltan Bazar is 2 kms of walk. Hotel is located in residential area, which was quite.

No buffet breakfast. 3 items called breakfast ( 1 aloo parantha, one tea, one dry bread piece with little cheese) were served in the room. Misleading information should not be provided during booking. Electrical switches were faulty. Not paid attention even after pointing out to hotel staff. Water kettle was faulty. Should be checked while guest checks in. However the faulty one was replaced with a working one.

Great value for money

The checkin was super smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The room had all the essential amenities like luggage rack, electric kettle, tea, milk and sugar sachets, etc. I had ordered food from their in house restaurant which was quite great. The room service was also good. The complimentary breakfast offered was also good with good variety. Overall a great value for money stay.

Property is centrally located in dehradun, near to clock tower, paltan bazaar, ashley hall and tibetan market. Hotel is neat and clean. They give 5-6 items in breakfast including tea. The taste of the food is really good and staff is also cooperative.

Hospitable and courteous. Good option for a weekend stay.

The property is very well maintained and the staff is very prompt in their services. The breakfast had a good spread and was well prepared. The owner was very courteous and took good care. He also arranged for a rental scooty for us and ensured that we had warm clothing if we wanted to go further to mussouri. He also alerted us about the parking rules. The room was already kept ready for our check-in and we didn't have to wait at the reception. Infact the owner called us in advance to confirm our arrival and allowed us early check-in. The room was spacious, and bathroom was super clean. Car parking space is ample within the hotel at ground floor level. The location of the hotel is somewhat in a residential area, however it is very near to Paltan Bazar and the way to Mussoorie so it played to our advantage.

The complimentary bathroom kit and tea kit could be made better.
