Superb

The place was tastefully decorated, clean and the bed was comfortable. A very short walk away from the center of the beautiful town of Orio and of the Camino path.

Maybe a bit more maintaining; little details like the radiator painting in the bathroom, etc. Such a nice place it would be a pity to go into disrepair.

Good for a few nights stay, clean, nice room, good wifi.

Small, but comfy room. I stayed here for one night on the camino. Close to the beach. Nice, clean place in a quiet area. Good wifi.

Booking said it opens at 2 pm, I waited there for an hour but nobody was at the reception after 2 either. I had to call the owner (in spanish) and she opened the front door remotely. Not a big problem though just it would have been good to know that I don't have to wait just call the owner.

huge room with a bath which was much appreciated at end of a Camino leg. staff very helpful, short stroll from town centre

Great location, good size room, comfortable beds, very clean and tidy, excellent value for money.

Very minor but the radiator in the bathroom needed painting as it was rusty, making it very out of place with the rest of the good quality furnishings and fittings of the room. Didn't detract from the stay or the experience though.

Clean, simple, good bed but poor pillow

The bedroom doors slam soooo loudly, it is very disturbing (it was in room 6). Bed comfy, but pillows too flat.

Comfortable property in great location.

The place was very well located in between the town centre and the beach area. It was great for transport links to San Sebastian and Bilbao Airport. Our host was very helpful within the limits of her English speaking but we communicated with each other well anyway.

Well cared for small hotel like pension in the middle of Basque town.

The room was not far from town center and was well decorated and comfortable.

Just didn't understand that the bar and restaurant would close at midday.

Very clean & warm . Great location if staying in the summer it was very near the beach & restaurants. Nice breakfast good coffee.
