Bellissimo hotel a Câmara de Lobos

La struttura è molto bella, curata, arredata bene e in una posizione molto bella. La piscina è spettacolare. Stanze bene insonorizzate. Colazione variata e abbondante. La stanza era molto carina ma decisamente piccola. Staff gentilissimo.

La stanza seppure molto bella era troppo ma troppo piccola. La coperta del letto troppo piccola rispetto al letto. In bagno non c era nè finestra ne molto posto per stendere le cose. Il tutto restava un po umido. Il frigorifero non andava benissimo. Il primo giorno a mio parere la stanza non era stata pulita benissimo, ma i seguenti si. Dico queste cose perché ho pagato un prezzo non proprio economico per soggiornare qui. Mi sono comunque trovata molto bene e nonostante queste critiche sono felice del mio stay.

overall the stay was really lovely, we both enjoyed our time a lot and there was plenty to do over the island.

staff were very welcoming and lovely, the room was really nice and cleaned everyday.

the area was a little bit difficult and was a little bit out of the way but there were regular buses and easy access to taxi or other transportation. due to the location being in a fisherman village, pretty much all restaurants only sold fish which was a little disappointing, so we had to travel a bit to eat elsewhere.

Very Friendly staff in a beautiful Hotel !

The Hotel was very beautiful and confortable, just in the middle of the fisherman’s village. Still very quiet and Nice breakfast too ! The best part was the staff, always very friendly and there to help you. They advised us with day trips and booked for us as well, and it was a very good recommendation. We had a great time Highly recommend 😁

The staff was lovely, the design & architecture as well and the location right on the lively main street was exceptional - you can get dinner or drinks right outside the hotel's entrance - all this without the nightlife disturbing you if you choose to go to bed early. All in all a great hotel.

An incredible location. My family + I were so happy we chose to stay in Camara de Lobos, instead of just visiting for a few hours. It's the cutest, most picturesque fishing town. Incredible sunsets, surrounded by banana plantations in the hills. Great, quaint restaurants around, as well. The hotel itself was great - large, clean, updated rooms, great continental breakfast, and a rooftop pool and Sunbathing area with a view! The staff was very nice, and helpful! Highly recommend!

comfortable relaxing stay within easy reach of the main town

it was in the centre of a small fishing village surrounded by good places to eat with friendly locals . staff were always real helpful nothing was too much trouble.

rooms were a little small and not enough storage.

If you get a room looking at the street - like we did - the noise might keep you awake at night. Nightlife is going on until 1-2 am.

Great location and super friendly and helpful hotel staff!

The location of the hotel is perfect - the town is small and not super touristy - it has a very local feel to it with great restaurant options nearby.

The room was tiny, the parking options aren't the best - make sure to have €1 coins.

Everything wonderful. A truly memorable holiday in a beautiful boutique Hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfasts superb, hotel and rooms comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and Roof top swimming pool was just perfect Thankyou so much to the staff at Pestana fisherman Village

First time at this chain of hotels. Will definitely try more after this lovely experience.

The property is beautifully decorated, so much so on evenings when it’s lit up passers by would often stop to look in and occasionally take photos. The staff are amazing, and couldn’t be anymore helpful. nice to have a pool to chill out at. Would have been nice to have a rooftop bar open to go with it but guess that might be season dependent.

The only minor gripe was the lead for the hairdryer was ridiculously short, and there wasn’t a socket anywhere near a mirror making the whole hair drying process a nightmare. It was a little noisy outside at night so if you’re a light sleeper that could be tricky. But these little things really didn’t impact the overall wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend the hotel for couples. if you want to stay a bit further away from the main town

it’s a lovely hotel in a middle of a small village. plenty of small restaurants, small shops and a few options to go for a lovely walk alongside the ocean. The reception girl and boy are brilliant, always ready to help and meet your needs. loves our trip

Feels like a small independent but it’s actually part of the Pestana Group of hotels but you don’t feel like your part of a multinational. great communication, friendly staff, great building with character.

The sliding door to the bathroom but that is all really.

Gorgeous hotel with everything on the doorstep. Lovely friendly staff, breakfast was really delicious with lots of choices.

Beautiful view but very small room for a couple.

was supposed to stay at Pestana fisherman village with my husband as we loved it but I received an email saying we were going to stay at Churchill with no additional charges. It was last minute decision, my husband and I loved to stay at fisherman hotel, we wanted to be a special occasion as it was both our birthday and 5th wedding anniversary. we were disappointed ☹️

The Churchill hotel has the most beautiful view but we didn’t like the room, small bathroom, wardrobe was small, it was for my clothes only, my husband had to leave his in suitcase, the fan in bathroom wasn’t working.

A gym in the hotel would have been nice, otherwise it was very good. Sink in bathroom broke during our stay but we immediately got a new room.
