Mir gefällt das Haus sehr gut. Nur dieses Mal war das Zimmer keine gute Alternative zu den vorherigen

Die Lage am Rand des Stadtkerns

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster und die Jalousie ging ständig selbstständig runter !

Ein tolles Stadthotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat Parkplätze. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war tadellos. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung, sowohl im Zimmer, als auch im Bad war gemütlich und funktional. Das Fenster konnten wir öffnen, was wir sehr schätzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Innenstadt war in wenigen Fußminuten erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub!

Frühstückraum ist sehr schön und sonnig. Essen war ok, aber es gibt umfangreichere Buffets in anderen Hotels. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt für uns, denn wir hatten nebenan eine Veranstaltung.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage, mit bestem Personal, immer wieder gerne.

Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal super freundlich und nett. Den Abend haben wir an der Bar ausklingen lassen. Hier werden sie von einem super netten Barkeeper bedient, der sein Fach absolut versteht.

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, top Lage…. kleine Abzüge wegen der Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist phänomenal, ganz nah zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, ruhig, bequeme Betten und alles ausreichend sauber.

Die versprochene und auf dem Foto abgebildete Nespresso Maschine existierte gar nicht. Es stand nur ein Wasserkocher dort mit nicht ausreichend Kaffee und Milchpulver für zwei Personen. Parken ist in der Nähe zwar möglich, aber sehr teuer. Hier sollte es für Hotelgäste doch eine deutliche Ermäßigung geben.

The place was easily accessible by car, clean, friendly staff and very quiet. Check in is easy and locations like the Theatre Alte Mühle is in walking distance.

Parking costs extra and is run by the City Bad Vilbel. Payment was very inconvenient as you need to have exact change, otherwise it does not work. Perhaps there could be more coffee packages in the room (1 package for a room intended for 2 people)

The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff was friendly. Thank you to every one.River was nice.Area is silent there is a way for biking and walking.

I chose this hotel to go to the Messe Frankfurt Fair. Even the hotel is near to Bad Vilbel Bahnhof Süd, (5 minutes by walking) the location was quite complicated because there was no train access to the region due to the maintenance work on the railways. There was SAV Bus from the city center at the weekends but in week days it was really hard to go from the city center to the hotel. Train was not working either late at night. In case of every misfortune I can stay at this hotel again If I come back.

Very clean and comfortable room, with a great bathroom, and with a nice view on the parc. Nice tea and coffee was provided in the room.

Some staff were very nice, but not all. One could only enter the hotel through the parking lot, rather than also from the park side.

Perfect Location for Frankfurt

Perfect location, amazing staff, and superb new hotel. The F&B staff were amazing for our event, especially the deputy restaurant manager and Somellier. Amazing wine list too.
