The loft was spacious and everything was included in the kitchen! Easy to get groceries all around

Very roomy loft with everything you need, the bed was very comfy. I have a bad back and that says a lot I would say.
The location wasn't ideal, we went on foot to the meir and it was a smelly walk. Not kidding.

Our loft was clean and also easy to locate. The description on how to get in was very accurate. The loft was equally spacious and the fact that it has a kitchen (which we didn't use) was a plus.
Apparently it is allowed to make parties here. This is not what I was looking for. The girls in the loft next door had a very loud party going on and not only in their room but on the corridor right infront of our loft. The doors are not soundproof so you could really hear the noise. Even the cleaners were so loud in the corridor and did not appear sorry when I asked them to please lower their voices. Fortunately housekeeping was able to react fast at night and take control of the party next door. Also, I did not realise there are no ACs. So with 35°C outside...that was difficult.
The location is also not ideal as its quite dirty outside and don't even bother opening windows at night for fresh air because you have alot of businesses running loudly at that hour.
And also, there is no daily parking for 20€ as described. I parked overnight (about 10hours) and paid 25€

cheap. initially was done to a nice standard the rooms.
was fully clean when we arrived. had to do some vacuuming myself… the area is very very loud. it’s far too hot to sleep without the windows open, but cars honking horns and people having late night arguments, and loud music, and people banging on doors all night made it near impossible to sleep. furniture was falling apart, wall paper tearing off - clear there were guests who did not take care of the rooms.

the first night was a nightmare: a group of guys broke in the property and started shouting attempting to break in the rooms. we did not know hot to cope with the situation. we didn’t open the door because we didn’t know the intention of these criminals. The terror lasts for one hour. In another apartment there were child. Can you imagine what experience? The police came after 1h30 when the criminals have just quitted the building. In the morning with an employee of the building. She reassured us, she said that it will be ok the night after and it was just an isolated case. We asked for vigilant and she assured us that one will be present there 24h. When we came back in the night the door was opened and no clues of the vigilante. We made a video and we sent them but they said that he was there. Who is he a ghost? Is it an immaterial person? So they just lied us for all the timesThe combination to take the key to open the door was changed without an update message to us. All the night we heard steps, loud music, drunk people. We were three men and we wouldn’t pay for another hotel so we stayed there. If you have child or you are alone, help yourself and don’t book this apartment. We didn’t read the reviews and it was a mistake because it seems that something of that sort already happened in the past and that the management is not interest to solve it. Btw the price is also high. We payed 540 for two nights, for three persons. The apartment itself was ok even just with a double bed and an uncomfortable cot and not table. So the third person slept on the couch. So for this price, leaving in an unsafe place, with a management that will lie to you if request information, in an open to criminals building is too much.

Appartement was perfect, had everything needed.
No info on how to check in/receive my key, after calling he sent a random parking guard who didn't speak english/Dutch and gave the other people there their keys and brought me to the shop next door and disappeared because he didn't understand that I had another room then those people. The shop keeper (who had nothing to do with the accommodation) went after him and got my key for me. So check-in was terrible but funny.
Besides that the front door leading to the stairwell was open 24/7, no key needed to unlock or anything and most of the time was just straight open. Which normally I wouldn't mind much but since this accommodation is in Borgerhout (a neighborhood with not the best reputation) it kinda sketched me out.

Really nice apartment, very stylish, luxurious, spacious. Great bed.
Location is a bit dodgy. Had to call and text the owner myself in order to receive passcodes to get into the apartment. Extremely noisy environment. Bring earplugs.
At the time of our stay, a large group of kids rented 2 apartments in the block to party. Lots of noise in the hallway and rooms next to us. Sleeping was not an option.

There was a private party on the 14/8/2021 with a lot of loud music and slamming of the doors every 15mins till abt 4.30 am. No one from the reception to call and the phone number provided through booking was out of order ( old number I guess ). I had to go upstairs and STOP THE NOICE. The same night at 4am I sent a message to the owner of this apartment who never bothered to reach out to me. That was bad in my perception because listening to your guests and at least offering them a discount for example after a bad night sleep is IMPORTANT. I miss the service.
