Wszystko ładnie, oprócz jednego negatywu

Czysto, ładny pokoik, dwójka na jedną osobę, spokojnie, mogłam się wyspać

Jedyne co szkoda, że nie ma możliwości zamówienia pokoju bez śniadania i hotel nie daje żadnej innej opcji rekompensaty. Jeżeli ktoś musi wyjechać bardzo wcześnie rano i nie może skorzystać ze śniadania, musi zrezygnować ze śniadania, za które zapłacił.

das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum Görlitz hervorragend. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl der Flyer dafür Zeitgerecht an der Türklinke hang.

Nice small room

Clean, stylish room and friendly staff, the reception was open till 23.

- January - the room wasn't warm, it didn't feel like the heating was on and i waited a long time for hot water in the shower. - i'd expect a bigger room for that price, it was ok for a one night stand but i wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. - you pay for the rich interior design but the basic comfort is missing

Im Großen und ganzen, kann man das Hotel Villatoro empfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ein gerichtet. Die Silvesterfeier war sehr schön. Essen super. Nur für den zusätzlichen Preis von 120,00 € für die Silvesterparty, hätte man erwarten können, das alle Getränke im Preis in begriffen sind. War leider nicht so. Z.B. Bier und Wein mussten selbst bezahlt werden.

Am ersten Tag, war beim Frühstück keine Brötchen und keine Butter mehr da. Die warmen Speisen ( Rührei und Würstchen ) waren kalt.

Ein sehr zentraler Ort für alle Aktivitäten in Görlitz

das Frühstück war gut. Heizplatten waren den ersten Tag nicht an. Kaffeemaschine hat nichts mit Milch gemacht. Für Veganer gab es nichts .

Zimmer unter dem Dach waren durch die Dachschrägen sehr eingeschränkt. Hausschuhe waren nicht vorhanden.

Słaby ekspres do kawy , problemy z wrzątkiem do herbaty. Brak obsługi podczas śniadania - osoby która by np. Zauważyła że jedzenie się skończyło i bez szukania jej przez gości po obiekcie - uzupełniała półmiski

Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Objekt war positiv.

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.die Heizung funktioniert nicht richtig allgemein die Einrichtung wirkte sehr kalt..Aber das ist ja Ansichtssache.beim frühstücken war der Raum auch nicht geheizt und Brötchen wurden auch nicht nachgereicht..im allgemeinen sehr kühles Ambiente

Eine gute Adresse für einen Kurzurlaub.

Die Zimmer sind super. Die Lage zur Stadt einfach perfekt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Hotelanlage.

Die Räume waren sehr ausgekühlt. Erst am 2. Tag waren die Temperaturen angenehm. Das Frühstück viel auch sehr kühl aus. Omelette und Würstchen nur lauwarm.

Wir waren nicht unzufrieden, eben nur leicht ausgekühlt mitten im Winter. Das ist änderbar.

Die Zimmer waren sehr kalt, besonders ein Bad wo die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Auch wäre schön gewesen wenn in einem Zweibettzimmer zwei Stühle stehen, nicht nur ein Hocker. Beim Frühstück war es ebenso eisig kalt im Raum und das eine Brot war schnell weg und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Schade, ansonsten ein tolles Haus und prima Lage. Ist also Servicefragen, dieGesamteindruck schmälert, nicht das Haus an sich.

Wir haben uns ansonsten wohl gefühlt, auch der Parkplatz im Hof war gute Sache.

Frühstück top, Küche ein Traum und das Personal super nett wie immer.

Nice rooms but smell and noise....

The apartment and location were very nice. Clean rooms, beautiful design. Great breakfast.

There was smell of fried oil coming from the wardrobe (probably from the kitchen). We come to complain, but nothing changed. There was loud music playing (probably some party in part of the hotel) until 2-3AM. Could not sleep. Breakfest ends 10am and you have to check out 10am also. Not service we expected from a hotel as we come mainly to rest and left pretty tired.

Gigantisch

Das ganze Hotel war gigantisch - das Essen war perfekt, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Mein Ehemann sagt, dass es das beste Steak war, dass er jemals gegessen hat. Das Zimmer war super und auch gut ausgestattet. An der Lage haben wir nichts zu meckern gehabt - wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gekommen. Super Lage. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem Wunderbar ☺️

Der Innenarchitekt, der unser Zimmer gestaltet hat war entweder sehbehindert, oder was geraucht als er die Wandfarben/Teppich/Kleiderschrank-Kombination ausgesucht hatte 🙂

NO NOS CAMBIARON TOALLAS, NI SABANAS, NI EL AGUA, NII LAS CAPSULAS DE CAFE, NI LIMPIARON NADA EN 4 DIAS. REPITO TODA UNA ESTAFA NADA DE LO QUE PONEN UDS EN BOOKIN ES CIERTO EL 90% DE LAS COSAS QUE DICEN QUE ESTAN EN LA HABITACION, SEGUN ELLOS APARTAMENTO, NO ESTAN.
