Absolutely exceeeded our expectations, great value

The hotel was stylishly decorated in a lovely old building. For the price, we were expecting very little and we’re delighted with how lovely this accommodation was. Nice bed linen and comfortable beds, warm and inviting feel, good bathroom, good climate control (fans and a/c).

quiet, comfortable, good night sleep, lack of a desk and chair was a bit annoying.

The room was quiet, bed was very comfortable. I like craft beer so the location above Dangerous Ales was excellent for me. Did not have breakfast in Milton, hit the road and had breakfast at Batemans Bay.

The room did not have a small desk and chair so nowhere in the room to set-up a laptop to check emails etc. Also the smoke alarm in the bathroom (room 7) kept going off when showering despite the fan being on, not sure if the steam, soap or combination of both, stop squealing when I opened the door.

Wished we stayed longer! Great value !

The Rooms were stylish, comfortable and clean. Great location, I would definitely stay here again! Even though there are shared bathrooms, ours was only with 2 rooms and each toilet / shower was labelled with room numbers.

Everything was super clean we couldn't say anything but great things. The bathroom was huge we would stay again for sure

The only thing was the stairs. But that was only because we had a very long drive

A spacious,comfortable & beautifully styled overnight stay for our family.

The property has been done up beautifully, styled lovely & has a cosy & warm feel. The details were thought about & the beds were so comfortable. It was a perfect overnight stop as we passed through Milton.

Excellent. Will stay again.

The room was very well presented and comfortable. I arrived late so bought some dinner in with me and I was so glad to find crockery and cutlery for me to use as I hadn’t grabbed any from the supermarket. The bathroom was nice and clean and the toiletries smelt lovely. The bed was so comfy too and the blinds were nice and dark so I wasn’t awake with the sparrows 😂

The bathroom smelt a touch damp, most likely due to the wet weather.

Exceptional, felt just like home, high end features, indoor plants and luxurious linens. Perfect!

Excellent communication and seamless after hours check-in, lovely welcome letter and introduction to The Rooms, understated but thoughtfully furnished on trend apartment championing local and sustainable furniture makers, high end linens and toiletries, amazingly comfortable bed, a very homely and almost romantic feel with healthy indoor plants and cold water waiting in the fridge, and surprisingly very quiet even though above a pub and on a main intersection. Very sad to have only stayed and enjoyed one night and will definitely recommend and stay here again in the future. Thank you!

A longer stay would have been enjoyable, to experience the fabulous location, high end eateries, brewery, beaches and town, a true hidden gem.... There's nothing I could suggest to improve.

A very noisey weekend stay in an otherwise beautiful room

Updated, generous sized, clean rooms with a bit of character. Big, bright and clean bathroom.

Located above the pub made for a very noisey Saturday evening stay.

Great location right in the middle of Milton. Rooms very comfortable and everything worked well. No keys required all accessible via provided pin number. Restaurant onsite(pub/brewery although separate business from accomodation.

Fantastic spot, would stay again.

The Rooms Milton had a fantastic location, right in the middle of town and easy to access. The hotel has been recently renovated and the amenities are all very beautiful and sourced locally. The rooms are clean and spacious and also nicely styled. The hotel was above a pub that served wonderful quality meals and there are numerous cafes at your doorstep. We had a wonderful stay and our room comfortably fitted our family of four with small children.

The parking was mainly street parking - but there was always some close by and there is a drop off bay in the hotel so that you aren't carrying your luggage huge distances.

Well appointed, nicely designed and clean room which is great for an overnight or short stay.

We arrived late at night and the communication was great. We were given the details to access the room very promptly. The room was nicely designed, clean and better than we expected.

For fit ambient travellers who enjoy bauhaus luxury.

The rooms at Milton offered delightful fresh accommodation but had a stairway to access the rooms and parking was not adjacent. The accommodation itself was excellent and considering it overlooked the main road through the town was not noisy but a muffled traffic rumble was discernible. Suggestions for dining were exemplary and being in the Main Street we were proximate to an array of shopping. I would recommend this accommodation to fit travellers but warn that it is not suitable for the less mobile . Delightful

Description of access and parking could have been better described as we were older travellers.
