Amazing city, people, vibes. Accomodation very nice for the price.

Very clean, modern, stuff very kind and helpful at any time. It is just 5 mins away from metro Aghios Ioannis taking you to the Syntagma square(city centre). Bus station is just in front of the building. Trolley bus is just behind the corner. We were pleased to find little refreshment in the fridge, since we came very late.

とても良かったです。少し癖のある鍵とドアでしたが、慣れれば簡単です。清潔で、天井が高く広く感じ、窓も大きくて明るかったです。使いやすかったです。ちゃんとエレベーターもあります。説明はすべてメッセージと部屋にあるバインダーに書いてあります。スタッフからのレスポンスも早いです。wifiの速度も最大77Mbpsで仕事もしやすかったです。駅から徒歩6分ほどで、大通りに面しており、特徴的な建物なのでわかりやすかったです。隣にスーパーもあるのですぐに買い物に行けます。うるさいとの書き込みが多いですが、アテネは全体的にうるさいので気になりませんでした。

残念なところが一点だけ。洗濯機のところがとっても暗かったです。夜に洗濯すると全く見えないほどなので、スマホを懐中電灯の代わりにしてました。

Nice apartment at safe location, but be prepared that code for the lock-box will not work

Pretty new apartment, clean, safe location, 30 minute walk to Acropolis

The code provided prior to the stay did not work for our apartment, so staff had to come and unlock the door. Person who answered our call was very laid back and didn't seem to care that we are unable to enter the apartment. This resulted in 1 hour wait, which was extremely inconvenient and unpleasent, especially after a long journey coming to Athens.

Exceptional

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. It was clean and tidy. It has a small kitchen with basic utensils. The bed was very comfortable. On the first floor there is a room for washing and drying clothes which is very convenient. In the basement of the building there are 6 lockers for storing luggage if you arrive earlier or leave a little later after check out time. In our apartment A1 on the first floor, there were 2 ACs - one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The bathroom is a decent size. You get toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. I especially liked the mini set in which you get ear sticks, pads, a nail file - a nice addition. Please note that towels are not changed during your stay, nor are hygiene items replenished. On the table, you get detailed instructions on how to use appliances, what to see, which beaches to visit, how to get to them, etc.

The building is located next to a busy road. As we don't like to sleep under an AC we kept the windows open and the sounds of cars can be heard until late. Only after the reservation was made, we received information that they take a deposit of €250 for possible damages. We always treat other people's property with respect and we would treat it this time as well regardless of the deposit, but I think they should share this information before making the reservation. At certain moments, I had a feeling that I was not communicating well with the staff. I sent them a question about storing our luggage. First they directed me to a nearby storage room, so I sent them a screenshot from their page where it says that I can use their lockers if they are free/not taken. We exchanged several messages until I got an answer to a simple question.

It was okay, but the noise really ruined it a lot.

We liked the location and how the apartment looked.

It has really thin walls so a lot of noises were coming through. Its right by the street so the noise from the road at night is sometimes unbearable.

the apartment is located in good accessibility to the center and within easy reach of public transport, a supermarket right opposite the main entrance, the rooms are large and well air-conditioned, the apartment offers plenty of space with a terrace

we are a family of 5, the interior table was too small for us to have breakfast at, only for 4 people/ 4 chairs/ 4 forks, the table on the terrace did not have a sunshade and the terrace is uncovered, so it could be used even in the evening. The 5th bed is very uncomfortable and the small couch, in total the apartment is for 4 people not 5.

Exceptional Stay

I loved this wonderful apartment and its amenities , the location, how clean and safe it was. An exceptional stay! It included a pod coffee maker, super soft linens and towels, luxurious Olive Era bath products, guidelines for every appliance and amenity around the house, Netfilx, Amazon Prime, and of course a complimentary bottle of cold water in the fridge. The area is close to Syntagma but not walking distance but still 5 mins by car. There is a big supermarket right next to the apartment so it's easy to shop and cook or prepare a meal. Across the street there is a wonderful wedding planning business, and the neighborhood is safe. Nearby one can find drugstores, cafés, restaurants, florists and a kiosk at 100m distance. Easy for access to the route for the beach and other areas. I can't recommend enough and will definitely choose again for a future stay.

Modern comfortable apartment in Athens

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment with very nice shower as well as a good bed and bedding. The smal kitchenette was very nice, especially the Nespresso machine. Right opposite a big shop. Not too far from city centre.

Very good stay

Property was excellent, exactly like what you see on the pictures. Upon arrival we asked the host for a few things to which they respond promptly, The location was good too (1.2km from the Acropolis and all main attractions). Also really close to 3 big supermarkets. I definitely recommend and would easily come back to it.

The apartment we stayed had a balcony facing the main street, so there was some noise. Not a big problem for me, but can upset other who need complete silence. I think it wouldn't be a problem for other units.

High end apartment for a low end budget

Five minute walk from the metro. Across the street from a supermarket. Within walking distance of the First Cemetary of Athens and Daphne Hill viewpoint. It took maybe fifteen minutes in all to get to the Acropolis which is only three metro stops away. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The facilities were clean and toiletries provided were very high quality.

The only thing I could add to improve the experience would a bench or chairs on the balcony

Comfortable and well-equipped rooms / issues with noise levels, unexpected fees and inflexibility

The room was spacious and had plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. It was a refreshing change from cramped hotel rooms that I have stayed in before. The room was also very clean and provided all the necessary amenities for my stay.

The room faces a very busy street and the noise level was unbearable. Despite my attempts to block out the noise with earplugs, I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additional costs for cleaning the apartment or change of bed sheets/towels, even for a week-long stay. Lastly, I encountered an unfortunate situation where I had to leave the hotel the day after check-in due to a serious family emergency. I requested a partial refund or credit for a future stay, but the property was not willing to accommodate my request. While I understand that their policy may not allow for flexibility in such situations, I would have appreciated some form of understanding or empathy from the staff.

The appartment was very close to everything touristy, only a short metro ride away from syntagma and acropolis. It was spacious, clean and owerall great. It had everything needed for a longer stay including an iron, and hair dryer. There was even a washer and dryer in the first floor which was awesome. The host was very kind and quickly responded to all our questions and problems. They were also verry kind in accomodating our late check out. Owerall it was a great experience staying here

The only downside side is that it is located on a pretty buisy road so at night you could hear a lot of traffic noise. Other than that everything was great and would deffinitelly reccomend.

Location is great. Market is infront of the building. Train station was 5 minutes walk. Every kind of shop in walking distance. Many bakerys around. Apartment was clean. Quiet and safe area. Cooking facilities. Laundry was good.

Apartment was great but if you are going to stay for one week or more, or you are on shopping tour in Athen, it's too small. I'll suggest not to choose this. If you have no problem with it. Choose It with close eyes:)

very comfortable stay

everything. this is a thoughtfully designed apartment. we’ve been traveling for 4 months and this was the most comfortable bed we’ve found on our trip. thank you, we’ll be back on our next trip to Greece. -full kitchen with fridge, nespresso machine, tea kettle, stove -nice toiletries provided -iron and board -balcony and windows provided lots of light -clean soft towels -free laundry on-site -Netflix subscription -there’s a treadmill and yoga mat as well, though we did not use -there’s a nice farmers market on Monday with groceries and fruit -this is on the main road so you can hear the traffic, but that’s not the fault of the hotel, the windows provide some insulation from the noise -2 acs and a space heater in the bathroom provided extra comfort

Excellent apartment with everything you need, kitchen with stove and microwave, shower, the building has a laundry room and a gym. Near a large grocery store, the apartment close to the metro. To the central square about 30 minutes on foot. Management responded quickly to all of our questions.

Great Apartment

Decorated beautifully, everything was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. WiFi was brilliant, I had to work during the stay on video calls and no problems. Nice extras with toiletries, netflix and lovely fluffy towels. Communication from WYZ was friendly and helpful

The balcony was very small. It would have been good to have had a broom/dustpan and brush for the room.
