Absolutely brilliant, the sea view from our room was beautiful

Very clean and tidy, like being in your own home. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. It was lovely to meet Andy when we arrived.

Amazing will be back for sure.

Location was perfect right on the beach. We were down for my cousin's 70th birthday party so we had less than 5 minute walk to the party venue. Room was sea view, bed was so comfortable. Clean. Tea/Coffee available. Able to park outside the property and walk around location.

Perfect Beachfront Accomodation

Fantastic beachfront location with sea view from the property’s lounge and patio. Very clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

I’m rating it 10.0 so no negatives as far as we are concerned

Chaotic

The location was amazing.

Sadly the accommodation was not ready when we arrived after a 7 hour journey. It was left trashed by previous occupants.The cleaning person was in charge as owners were away and so it was all very chaotic, far from the restful day/ evening we were hoping for. We had to go away again until it was ready. Our room was OK on return but the rest of the accommodation was far from it. Shame because its a lovely bungalow.

Couldn’t of asked for more lovely weather, excellent view, outstanding hosts.

Warm welcome when we arrived the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed we weren’t rushed to leave was so relaxed and chilled good value for money. Rosie and Andy were so friendly will definitely be going back and absolutely recommended it.

Pagham Getaways is a real hidden gem. It was a lovely home from home, spotlessly clean and right on the beachfront. Will definitely be coming back!

Super hosts, great place

The house is right on the beach, though there are dunes in front so you don't get a totally uninterrupted view, but it's still very good. The place was nice and clean, bed very comfortable, big bath in bathroom and good shower. I had the room with the double bed and my friend the room with 2 single beds . The single beds were quite wide too. Andy and Rosie were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were using their own kitchen, fridge, cutlery and crockery, and their own patio with their own furniture. Andy even gave my friend a paddling board lesson. They did not mind us staying late on the day of checkout and made us very welcome. We had a great time.

A beautiful bungalow

We loved the location on the beach and the view. Bungalow is big and was furnished very well. Our large bedroom had the views on to the beach and sea. We would recommend this lovely place to anyone. We enjoyed it very much

It was at first very very hot weather. The weather settled with lovely breezes from the sea. The bedroom was so hot it was hard to sleep. The weather was of course hotter than usual this week but when it cooled the bedroom continued to be very hot so it was hard to sleep. I would recommend a fan to help with this. All in all we enjoyed it very much.

If you are looking for peace, tranquillity and the sea this is it.

The view from the window and the patio. My room opened onto the pebble beach which is quiet all day. Breakfast by the sea every morning.

A more comfortable chair in the bedroom would have made it excellent.

One night stay , Owners friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean property. Great location.

There was none offered as not b and b there's a local cafe though short walk away.

Nothing, would stay there again and can highly recommend .
