First of all after reservation you receive several messages about rules and penalties (which include cancellation of reservation) to be applied - if you arrive too late - if you arrive too early - if you leave wet towels - if you don’t leave used towels is a specific basket at checkout - if you ask for towels replace - 50€ if you leave traces on a towel with makeup or sun cream - if you leave the apartment 1 minute after checkout time (one night penalty + 100€) They ask for 300€ cash payment upon arrival as deposit. They say they will give you back at checkout, I tried to provide PayPal account details for refund but they didn’t accept and then sent an “automated message” which says that I didn’t provide for deposit refund details so they called booking.com and said that I asked (NOT TRUE!) for a change in the price and they reduced the reservation by 300€, meaning that they cashed 300€ cash and don’t pay booking.com fees on on this amount but they will pay only on 100€ (original reservation was about 400€ and now it results is 100€) :))))) . They “save” 50€ that way because booking.com applies about 17% booking fees. They don’t leave any receipt about the payment if you need to prove it for refund or any other purpose and in my case I only received a booking receipt of 100€ even if I paid 400€. In the “automated message” they also state that any of their decisions “are final without any possibility of changing course” and to any requests will reply with an automated message saying that due to lack of time they won’t reply anymore. I manage 20 short lets apartment (unfortunately for Dennis, the host, I know very well how it works) and other than my business is also related to hospitality. For them is just business. You are a number and money. They will just decide about your money and play games to avoid paying service fees to booking to earn more money. I read of may people who ended up not having their deposit back.

Острів Закінтос - чудове й мальовниче місце!

Розташування з панорамним видом на море і порт, простора і затишна тераса, цікавий інтерʼєр номеру.

Дуже забагато правил, які морально напружують, смс з переліком штрафів: невимитий посуд і кухня - 50 євро, невчасне виселення - 100 євро. При цьому, посуд і кухня при заселенні були вимиті досить неякісно, довелось все перемити власноруч.

Jó volt a szállás és kiváló volt az elhelyezkédése a városon belül

Jó helyen van, közel van a strand és közel van a belváros. Nagyon tetszett az erkély és onnan nagyon szép kilátás nyíilk a tengerre és strandra is. Minden reggel megcsodálhattuk a napfelketét!

Kényelmetlen volt az ágy és a fürdő szoba lehetett volna jobb is.

Good appartment but not exceptional

Good location to explore the island. The host was friendly and helpful. The appartment was quite spaceous.

The view was not what we expected. We had the appartment on the first floor and the sea view was dissapointing. This didn't match the pictures 100%. Also the bathroom was a bit dissapointing, a very small shower and outdated. Overall our stay was fine, but we don't think it is worth the 9.7 it had when we booked.

the staff were super friendly, we liked that it was a smaller property, a little further from the port of Zakynthos but that’s what we wanted (it’s nice to switch off and relax). the facilities were great and we made the most of the balcony sea view.

The property itself was magnificent. Great location, plenty of transport links. But what really made our stay special was all of the staff. Simply all helpful and friendly. But Dennis was truly amazing!! So so wonderful he really made our stay so special. Room facilities were amazing. Very clean. Balcony view was great after a long day of walking.

Gem of a property located in a quiet part of Zakynthos. The rooms are big and with all facilities that you could ask for. The bathroom was awesome as well. The sea view is also quite nice. The staff is very friendly, warm and courteous. They would do their best to respond to all requests. Definitely going to come back for another stay soon. Everything is perfect with this property. The art deco interior has its beautiful charm and the balcony with the amazing sea view is such a peaceful place to be. I was there with a friend. Each room has its unique style and configuration, that brings out the natural charm of the room.

stayed for 1 night post cruise with my wife and 5 year old daughter. Very secluded and relaxing spot in the city. Short 5 min walk to all central locations. Incredibly relaxing environment, attention to detail very high and the service is proper 5 star. The balcony view is delightful and perfect room size for the size of property. One of the best boutique places we have stayed in anywhere and will definitely go back for a longer stay in future.

Everything!! Property is beautiful, rooms are great and bed is comfortable. Location is also a big plus as you have everything you need available just a few steps away from the property. The staff was excellent and we felt really welcomed, they were always very prompt for all our requests and we had a lovely time there. Will come back for sure.

Would definitely recommend this property and for sure will be back there one day! 1. It is new. 2. Great sea view. 3. Very clean. 4. Love the style. 5. Location is perfect. 6. Space on the A floor is magnificent! 7. The one bedroom apartment has nice stairs view the window, plus a balcony, plus a black-out feature on the windows. Never had such an experience in 100+ places I stayed in before!

Nice and really clean apartment, it is quiet at night time, and perfect to chill on the balcony. Hara, our host is super friendly and helpful. I can not wish a better place to stay. There is everything what you need in the kitchen. Stove, toaster, kettle.
