Why is the bathroom door transparent .

Avevamo bisogno di passare una notte in una zona tranquilla come tappa di un percorso organizzato su più giorni, prima di tornare verso Londra. In generale siamo rimaste molto più che soddisfatte dalla sistemazione: bar per la colazione e ristorante al pian terreno (entrambi a pagamento), locali per un drink nei paraggi, zona tranquilla, nuova e moderna. Le camere sono abbastanza ampie, comode, pulite e ordinate. Letto comodo e largo. TV e bollitore presenti, completo anche di alcuni snack e mini frigo. Bagno abbastanza grande (senza finestra) con doccia molto spaziosa, completa già di shampoo e saponi liquidi. Ogni porta è apribile con la chiave elettronica e - anche se noi non ne abbiamo fatto uso - la struttura è attrezzata anche con la palestra. La sera abbiamo usufruito del ristorante, che - anche se un po' caruccio - ci ha servito dell'ottimo cibo e vino. La zona è soprattutto residenziale, quindi se avete idea di fermarvi: prenotate! Lo staff super cordiale e disponibile. La struttura non è in pieno centro, ma avendo noi l'auto, non abbiamo tenuto troppo conto della distanza, che comunque è stata di 5 minuti dal parcheggio di Cambridge più vicino.

L'unica nota negativa, ma che non riguarda certo la struttura, è la mancanza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze per i viaggiatori con la macchina. La via davanti all'intero edificio è attrezzato di alcuni posti auto, ma a pagamento durante il giorno e per cui è necessario scaricare un'applicazione per effettuare il pagamento. Noi siamo state fortunate a trovare un buco appena arrivate, ma magari qualcuno lo è stato meno di noi :)

Not briefed on arrival about how to use the lift, which requires the room card to be waved in front of a reader before it will move. The car parking was complicated as the one car park served both Hyatt Centric and the adjacent aparthotel. The additional cost for parking was a bit irritating, especially as the out of town location means (I imagine) that most people arrive by car, and will expect this cost to be included as part of the overall accommodation package.

Hotel was well decorated, lovely room, great location

Nowhere to buy snacks or drinks after 10pm, just tap water, no one available to help with this. Also during the visit to one of the bars, one of the staff knocked a full drink over my lap which I had to clear up myself. Were offered a free round of drinks which were not added to the bill and we had to haggle to get them to fulfill their promise

Overall good, but receptionist isn't helpful enough.

Very attentive staff, great room size, location was ideal for us - not in the centre, but very quiet.

The breakfast is too expensive for what it is. There is a café next to reception with much better options.

Fantastisch ontbijt. De Smashed Avocado is een reden om terug te komen. De kamer was erg ruim met een perfecte stortdouche en was de aromatische geur in de lobby erg aangenaam.

Second visit and this time the bar and restaurant were open, so that was great, We like the casual appearance of the reception staff it adds a feeling of friendliness on arrival, it does not detract from excellent service. Everywhere is spotless and fresh looking. Love the fact there is a useable fridge in the room for personal use, as we always want fresh milk and cold water, this is a lovely touch. Also the dimmed down light in bathroom at night time

We had a knock on our door before 9am, it was housekeeping wanting to clean the room, we were not ready to vacate, and he looked a little disgruntled when we said to come back when we had checked out. We did mention this when we checked out, he may have been new, and we were told it would be looked into, to prevent it happening. Surely there is a system in place where housekeeping should know where to go and where not to

Blue colour - Very cold blue in the room’s wall and bathroom. Not inviting. Aircon cannot be switched off, quite noisy, windows cannot be opened.

Excellent location Clean ,spacious rooms ,with fridges. Huge shower , Friendly staff .

Only negative was that parking spaces are very tight

Location is close to Girton College my daughters college, very modern , nice facilities on site, lovely cocktail bar.

We were not given a room of the usual quality . I stay here regularly , never a complaint , this time we were given a room that had a wet room & not the usual shower or the usual corridor , this allows us privacy, . The bathroom had long black hairs on toilet seat & all over bathroom floor, very disappointing & off putting this time.

Large rooms with interesting decor, comfy bed, big TV, lovely cafe. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Not much! It’s a quiet area which is about a 30min (pleasant) walk out of the city centre, which might not be for everyone. Great for us though.

The decor inside the building was nice, the rooms were fresh, clean and plenty of space.

It was a little difficult to locate as there was no sign outside the building

Trendy upbeat hotel. Friendly staff . Bedroom was very clean and comfortable.

When we rang from hotel room they didn’t know which hotel we were in. As we needed someone to clean the room as I had been sick and they took over a hour to clean the room.

Very close to buses into city, parking too.

Air conditioning in room was noisy and rather warm at times. Few tea bags in room and no biscuits on second day.

Really exceeded all expectations, lovely decorated room and communal area downstairs, rooftop bar, ideally located for us! Fantastic underground parking available too (I think we paid £15 extra for the one night of parking) with a lift from the car park giving access straight up to the rooms.

Breakfast, the room, the staff were all excellent. Couldn’t find fault at all.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip and the Barista coffee bar superb. The rooms are modern, funky and spacious. The mattress very comfortable and linen good.
