Für den Übernachtungspreis hatten wir einen zuverlässigeren Service erwartet.

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus und Zimmer, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Straßenrand, Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants etc. ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 1500 Schritte)

Die Betreiberin ist freundlich, aber Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Der volle Übernachtungspreis wurde vorzeitig abgebucht, das Zimmer war bei angekündigter Ankunft um 16 Uhr nicht bereit und an zwei Tagen gab es kein Frühstück. Kostenübernahme für Café wurde aber zugesagt. Insgesamt schwierige Kommunikation.

I loved Patricia she is a wonderful person, but has a lot to learn and understand about running a hotel with an acceptab

The property itself is very well designed and looks lovely . It’s only 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. Breakfast is on time and I was allowed to leave my bag in the hallway as o had a late flight.

Unfortunately there seems to be some issues with the drainage as it smells so seems to come up into the room, the one I stayed in I can't say that for all the rooms. It's a good 10 minutes walk from the placa, and on the edge of the town. I had to empty my own rubbish and take it down then ask for the basics to be replenished there's no service and no reception. So the service isn't there I wouldn't class this as a hotel. Patricia is a lovely person but huge improvements need to be made, not once while at breakfast was I asked if I needed fresh towels, coffee in the room nothing, there’s no service cards to hang on the door and we all know we shouldn’t have to ask in a hotel it’s a service that should be offered and provided. You are given 3 keys to enter and your room which need to be colour coordinated for the room and the front door as they are identical to the eye, so have to keep trying the keys!

Very pleasant oasis from the bustle of Sa Pobla

Half the price would be agreeable.

Clean room, clean linen, plenty of towels, good WiFi, good heating, moderate breakfast.

Small room in second floor via stairs, no balcony, view on a busy street crossing. Narrow bed yet almost filling the room, no table, no seats, no further facilities, in the minibar overpriced soft drinks, no glasses. Toilet and shower in two small cubicles with open swing door "airing" into the room, open wash basin with more moisture and less privacy. No reception, very special: Got a message short of arrival by bicycles before 4 o'clock, that we should announce arrival and were then told by phone, that check in would be at 6 o'clock. Had to seek shelter in rainy weather in a bar and wait for two hours. Highest price on our two week tour over the island, the night before in a finka hotel was like heaven on eath in comparison and 10% cheaper.
