The staff is very helpful and always has a smiling face.
The ventilation of the restaurant is very poor. The smell is unbearable particularly in the dinner time.

lovely staff. very accommodating and helpful throughout.
Rooms are very small for a family. you need to be super organised with all of your gear to make it work.

Our room with bathroom and separate WC was a good size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a fabulous view. Facilities met all our needs, including small spa and evening dining.
Breakfast was adequate but quite basic. Ski locker are was very tight and access to it at the rear of the property - down a flight of stairs so not very convenient - at all.

The room size was ok. The hotel furnished like a mountain hotel and comfy in the common areas. Breakfast was ok.
The curtains were teared down when we arrived to the room. The shelves were dusty and the carpet was old and not clean. The toilets were yellowish. The room needs a deep cleaning. There were no shelves in the bathroom.

The lobby area was nice an cosy at the hotel. They had fire place which was quite nice. The evening that we arrived they offered small snacks for those who came late.
I got the worst rooms at the hotel, they are located on the ground floor - pretty much in the staffing quarters. One of the rooms was extremely bad - 3 beds (I asked for a 2 bedroom) which made it over crowded. There was a tiny window on it (no light coming in) when I had ordered and paid for a room with balcony. The other room was bigger, but also with a tiny window and no balcony. I would say that neither one of those hotel rooms should be rented out to guests at the rate that I paid for them. When I complained I was told the hotel was full and that Bookings.com didn't specify the balcony - so they blamed the booking site for the issue. They didn't offer any discounts, they didn't offer any meals, drinks or anything to make up for this mistake. The attitude was pretty much - I'm sorry - this is all we got. The manager did not deal with the situation at all, brushed it off and never addressed this again. It's probably the worst customer service I have experienced at a hotel so far. So I would say that if you book at Village Montana - please specify in the comment session what you want. Be very specific so you have anything to refer to. But honestly I would look at The Avancher across the street first or Kandahar that's located in the center. I have stayed at both and they were much better 3 star options with great customer service.

The bus service around the town was excellent. We never waited more than six minutes .
All good.

Welcoming and friendliness of the staff.
The hotel was extremely clean, with good quality beds and linen.
The menu for breakfast and dinner was excellent and of a high quality.
Parking, we were informed that there were parking spaces at the hotel, but you have to book these in advance. This resulted in us having to pay to park our car into a public car park for the duration of our stay. Other than this, the hotel and staff were all excellent.

Very functional, offered cancellation option which others didn’t. Clean rooms and great, all be it, new staff
our room was a little cramped but with a big comfortable bed

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Even with staff shortages across the whole industry, it appeared that the new “crew” were well briefed and did an excellent job in customer care.
the building, although relatively new, was clearly built to maximize space so there is not much of it in the rooms, ski rooms and parking. but they are functional.

The hotel has a lovely relaxed feeling and the staff are all welcoming and friendly. Breakfast and half board option all delicious and there was also a kids option in the evening. The ski bus stops almost outside but it is only around a 5 minute walk into the centre. We booked ski hire via the hotel website, which was great value and conveniently next door. Thank you. We will definitely return.
It was all great

room was a little small and could be closer to the nearest lift

Location is fine. Nice view from window
We stayed a week. Tv never worked even though we ask for a fix numerous times. Worst Internet wifi is collapsing if too many people are streaming. ( which is always as soon as people are waking up ) therefore Impossible to work from this place remotely. When signaled the personnel was unhelpful borderline agressive. No chair / table in the room.

Very average breakfast for alpine hotel
Pillows very uncomfortable, breakfast could have been a higher quality but overall good space, good bathrooms and decent location

bedrooms were good size and well maintained by housekeeping. Hotel is near a free bus stop just outside the town centre and kept warm
hotel had just had a fire and smelled badly of smoke. Lounge and bar area are very dated and a jumble of old furniture. constant drip of water over entrance door with no effort to sort out. breakfast a joke with juice and coffee machines empty, no bread or cutlery, curtains closed at 9am and no where to sit as all tables covered in dirty plates. unfortunately the staff are not on the ball.

Nice decor, fantastic food, friendly staff.
Ran out of toilet paper.
They kept giving us fresh towels and dressing gowns, despite not even having used them! I think we had 7 dressing gowns at one point!
On the first day, the soup was cold (as was the wine) but it got better after that.
The smoke alarm went off on 3 different occasions- either due to the open fire or the raclettes/fondue/hot stone.
