Excellent stay in Ronda

Impeccably clean. Excellent bed. Fully equipped kitchenette. . Location was a short walk to everything we wanted to see. It was on a quiet street but close to stores and restaurants. Communication with Carmen was excellent, and check-in with the lock box was very efficient

We were there on a cold night in January. We were comfortable, but we had to run the heater all night, and it never succeeded in heating fully.

Aceptable, pero muy mejorable

La ubicación estaba muy bien y el personal del alojamiento fue muy atento buscando alternativas a los problemas encontrados en el apartamento.

Nos encontramos con varios problemas al llegar alojamiento, y aunque el personal nos ofreció darnos otro hospedaje, este estaba un poco lejos y entre que cambiábamos el equipaje y nos instalábamos perderíamos el día que estaríamos allí. Es decir, el personal muy atento a ayudarnos, pero el alojamiento contaba con muchos problemas que creemos deberían haber sido revisados antes de entregárnoslo. El principal fue la ducha, la cual tenía un escape de agua entre los azulejos de la placa de ducha y hacia que en cuestión de dos minutos tuviéramos todo el salón inundado. Fue imposible ducharse porque de lo contrario llenaríamos todo el apartamento de agua, en solo dos minutos de ducha (no pudieron ser más porque el agua salía a chorros) llenamos un cubo entero fregando pues se inundó todo el salón. De hecho una de las esquinas del salón estaba llena de humedades, suponemos del agua que ya habría salido con anterioridad. La cafetera tampoco funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no era muy efectivo y pasamos bastante frío. Aun así, en cuanto avisamos del problema de la ducha vinieron a intentar solucionarlo, eso lo valoramos positivamente, además de que están muy pendientes al teléfono por cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir, pero creemos que tendrían que haber revisado el problema del baño antes de dárnoslo.

Muy recomendable!

Es un apartamento super amplio, limpio, cerca del Tajo y de la estación de autobuses. Tenía todas las amenities y un desayuno de bienvenida. La dueña, Carmen, fue muy amable y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora de check in. Sin duda volveríamos.

Bueno para cortas estancias.

Ubicación muy buena. Muy cerca del casco antiguo, y cerca de todas las tiendas y oficina de turismo. El apartamento para dos personas está bien, bonito, coqueto, y apañado para cortas estancias. El baño está bien, el saloncito y la cama bien.

La cocina es pequeña, tiene pocos utensilios y una nevera muy pequeña. Para un finde y un desavío te hace el apaño, pero para más días, tienes que comer fuera.

It was very cold. In the summer it can be advantage, but in cold part of the year it can be disadvantage. But you can heat the place using AC.

Defraudado al máximo.

Ubicación es lo único que señalaría.como positivo.

El apartamento está situado en un primer piso frente a calle muy ruidoso por el paso de coches, motos y autobuses. La TV, tienes que ser ingeniero en telecomunicaciones para conseguir que funcione, no cocinamos pero el extractor de humos no tiene salida a ningún sitio. Al ducharnos se embozaba el sumidero, debiendo de cerrar el telefonillo para que no rebosará y tener que fregar la inundación. Está por acabar, los cuadros que hay no están ni colgados .

The location was very centric. Clean flat with air conditioning.

The floor was a bit slippery, probably because of special washing powder.

Disappointing

The air conditioning works properly. Everything was clean.

To be honest, if we had known about the extreme noise from outside we'd never booked it. It's like you're sleeping with all the windows open, you hear cars, scooters and people talking the whole time. Besides that the shower is loose so it almost comes off the wall. Such a shame, because the place looks cute and the location is pretty good.

location, mostly, cleanliness, space!communication with the host is great, Carmen was super available, super present (but we’ve never seen her!).

the pillows, a bit too hard but almost not worth mentioning. one of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning!

Wonderful place, great experience!

Exceptionally clean place! Has a great location - close to all the attractions of Ronda. Carmen was an excellent host - she communicated clearly and checked in to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this place.

Great location! However in apartment was very cold, extra blankets and electric heater could be nice

Great location!

There was only one mug available, so in oder to drink tea, we needed to share it. Mug was to tall to fit to coffee machine, so no coffee in the morning. I am recommending to add more plates/cuttlery/mugs etc. It was super cold in the apartment, so I will suggest to add more blankets or electric heater. Unfortunateley, the aircon didn't warm up apartment (and I tried different set ups).

Communication with Carmen was great since the beginning, location of the apt was great, very nice views. The apt was huge with all facilities. Wifi perfectly working. I do recommend it.
