Terrible experience at a really great venue.

The location was good.

The room was unbelievably dirty. There were traces of vomit on the couch, dust everywhere and they didn’t even give toilet paper. The bed was unconfortable, the couch could not be used. The bathroom could not be used.

Mixed up experience, it looked better in the pictures. Some good things but it needs improvement

The location was ok, the room was big and so the bed. There was a big fridge, a kettle, toiletries, a big cupboard and in general everything was clean inside the room. It was near the bus stop.

I didn't like the check-in/check-out process, it wasn't very clear and I couldn't speak to anyone in person or by whatsapp, I had to guess my room when I arrived. The bathroom had low water pressure and the shower jet was leaking everywhere so it was difficult to take a shower. Both the terrasse and the entrance of my room were not tidy and as the terrasse was next to my room, someone woke me up early in the morning by opening the door very loudly. The door of the shared bathroom in the first floor was left open and it kept slamming a long time during the night as it was windy, so I had to get up twice to close the door.

Good location, big room, but noisy.

Very kind owner, she was replying very fast to all messages. Large room, we were two and there were two double beds. The air conditioning was working properly. The shared bathroom was clean and not busy, but the flux of water in the shower was a bit weak.

The location was good for visiting the island, but we were there (28-30 August) when there was a religious festival and it was too noisy at night.

Hostel type of a place with welcoming vibe but loud

Nicely furnished, with a hip vibe and locate din a center of a small city. Easy to park on the curb on sunday. Spacious kitchen and a terrace place. Comfortable beds.

Extremely hot everywhere outside of the room. Unfortunately, you can hear every sound outside of the door from the corridor. Barhroom outside of the room.

Cozy and clean :)

The location is okay, you can go by bus there, not so far away. The instructions on how to get inside the property and into our apartment were very clear. The host was nice on Booking. The place was wonderful, very cozy, boho style. I loved the room, very good atmosphere. Quiet street. Loved our stay overall!!!

The room was spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location is great, there are a few bus stops only 2 minutes away so everything is very well connected. The host is very friendly and helps you with everything you need.

If you are a taller person the bed can be a little bit short other than that everything was great.

Super nice and cozy stay

The house is beautiful and the room was very cozy. Owner is super nice and chatty. The instrucions on how to get there at night were exceptional! Also the location itself is actually very comfy, because the buses go on time and are not as crowded as on St. Julian's and Sliema :) Really recommending this place!

Convenient location near airport and bus stop. The guest house has overall nice bohemian vibe. However, I wouldnt stay for more than 1 night as the beds and room werent my cup of tea.

Exceptional

The service was amazing. The place was really comfortable and warm. The place was full of beautiful art details in everywhere. Great breakfast and WiFi. I really enjoyed staying there.

The only problem was the toilet has a problem to flush if you don't understand how old cisterns works and when you have a shower, the whole bathroom get wet. Other than that it was perfect.

Very happy for a one night stay after flying in late. Very clean and comfortable.

Very conveniently located close to the airport. Lots of character. The host Stephania is very welcoming and super friendly and helpful. Easy self check-in process.

It’s located on quite a narrow road so be careful parking along it.

Absolutely the best vibes I’ve ever had in any booking.com in my life.

The host Stephania is an exceptional person with the best suggestions in every field imaginable. The terrace on the roof, in the room and patio down stairs are super chill throughout the whole day. Depending on other guests, breakfast can be a great experience as well. You might even get a piano concert in the staircase if there’s talented guests willing to play. Paola is one of the most beautiful little towns on the island and conveniently close to the airport on your first or last day in Malta, or throughout your whole time on the island.

Great stay

The host is really great. Everyghing is very clean in the house. The kitchen has exit on a backyard with barbeque. It was very nixe to use it and grill some local products :) Parking is public on the street, but somehow we always managed to find place qhich was great

There is noice when other peoplw are opening doors and moving throug the house. For mw it was a bit problematic on the first night but after that was ok.

Lovely stay, fantastic host!

I like the spaciousness of the room, and the private tarrace I had. I loved how helpful and attentive Stephania (host) was. Helping me out with recommendations of taxis, leaving me a note on the doors, so I could find it during my late night check in. Communication with host was excellent! Also to get to Valetta it was super easy, bus stop 2 minutes away from the B&B.

Lovely, meditatively-special place with great owner

Amazing host who invested a lot into sustainability, she as well was very helpful in e.g. supporting me with getting to the airport due to the less-than-expected frequency of the busses (thanks again!). Beautiful view from the rooftop balcony. Simple, heartfelt design of the rooms, self-service, basic breakfast, all great for this price!

Pay attention to the hot water regulation, it is very subtle and takes time. Luckily, that is the only cost of sustainability here. :)

the location is a 6 min taxi from the airport and Stephania, the host, is just great.

The property has a good location with respect to the airport so we stayed here for the one night after our flight arrived at 1am. The instructions were clear and the room was clean. Stephania was brilliantly helpful and cheerful.

Beds not entirely comfortable so good for short stay.
