Excellent facilities, fantastic room layout, professionally trained personnel, outstanding breakfast, just a world class resort.

Restauracja FIORE godna uwagi i zasługująca na 5 gwiazdek. Znakomite menu! Budynki i ogrody piękne.

Beautiful layout and we had our own pool which was very luxurious but made the holiday really special. Housekeeping was absolutely outstanding with towels refreshed daily. Minibar checked daily - you could ask for changes - nothing was too much trouble.
Three (main)pools were fabulous too. Plenty of sun loungers where bar staff were on hand to serve (George, Daphne and Georgia were all amazing - friendly, always pleased to welcome and serve you).
Nothing not to like! It’s new, extremely well maintained. Offers total relaxation if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Breakfast choice was incredibly, with a lovely menu for something cooked, as well as extensive buffet choice. Restaurant staff were incredibly - the Manager (Nefeli) ran the whole operation like clockwork, all of waiting staff were very friendly, smiley, welcoming - just amazing. Totally faultless.

Great cliff edge location. Food was lovely except for Elea the restaurant included on half board. We found portions small at dinner and breakfast was ok, great choice but good cold and service hot and miss.
Generally staff excellent and attentive.
Pool was a bit cold and our sun terrace in our room got hardly any sun.

Me and my wife had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel with our grandson. The accommodation is perfect, food is the best hotel food we have tasted and the service that Panagiotis, Andreas and other member of the staff gave was superb, no matter what we asked they solved everything super fast with friendliness and a smile. The hotel manager Mr Konstantinos has a great crew that will make any visitor very happy with the visit. This is a hotel which we will surely visit again.

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. The emphasis on cleanliness was evident throughout, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and refreshing. We highly recommend this establishment to discerning travelers.
None.

Great facilities and spacious, clean and bright room. Fantastic breakfast. Attentive staff at pool side.
We were staying for our honeymoon and had honeymoon items that were supposed to be included (petals on bed on arrival, bottle of wine and fruit basket, spa facilities access, 1st breakfast in bed). We received the fruit basket on arrival but none of the other items. I reminded front desk on arrival and again the day before departure. The complimentary wine arrived in the room the night of our departure. We didn't receive any of the other items which was disappointing.
We ordered lunch at the Novita restaurant on our arrival day and were disappointed. The Greek salad was good but the salmon wrap was small and looked pre-prepared. In fact, the same salmon wraps were part of the breakfast buffet the next day. The salad, wrap and two beers and water came to 62 EUR.

The facilities and staff are wonderful and friendly. The views are amazing, the pools are incredible. The rooms are large and well equipped. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The private beach is so peaceful - and hardly anybody from the resort uses it. The grounds and gardens are beautiful but in some areas probably need some closer attention as they are starting to show some weeds etc.
Transport to and from the airport was faultless and reception was helpful and responsive with any queries.
It's not close to anything - not that you particularly need or want to leave. But you really have to eat and drink everything there. The food and drink is expensive, even if you have half board. For example ! the water is €4.50 for a 1L bottle... at a supermarket it is €1 for 1.5L - and you cannot drink tap water. While you do get a complimentary bottle each day, it's not enough.
We ate at the Novita restaurant - the steak was decent but the chicken was probably the driest chicken I've ever had. They view only just makes up for the poor food quality.
Also both myself and my partner got sick on about day 2, so it was either the food or the drink as we didn't eat anywhere else. We were knocked out for at least a day of our trip.
We also organised a boat trip but we were told incorrect information about food to be provided on board - we were told the person was new and shouldnt have told us what they did. While we got an apology it was a disappointment on what would have otherwise been an enjoyable excursion.
Also given the water is quite harsh in zakynthos I found it odd that there was no body lotion or moisturiser of any description in the bathroom.

Fantastic service and immaculately clean. Beautiful location. Will definitely be coming back!

The resort is very new and looks it - everything is very clean and well-maintained. The whole resort has been designed very tastefully, incorporating some traditional Greek touches like aged olive trees and lovely stonework and a little 'town square' (with church, taverna, museum, wine cellar and boutique) but with a truly modern and 5* feel. The food is fantastic, especially the fruit and vegetables most of which are grown on site, as well as the resort's wine from its own vineyard. The staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing facilities and awesome views. The staff could not do enough for you.
Down side is that you are far from everything, it is truly a resort and most people do not seem to leave it. It is a strange world unto itself. It was painfully expensive, and you could not help but feel gouged at every turn. I would recommend renting a car to get around the island. Taxis are very expensive, and necessary given the location.

Exceptional location and surroundings. Beautiful view. Very nice and modern decorated villas.

Amazing facilities, pools, staff, services, everything was perfect. Eleni was also amazing as our private concierge, nothing was too hard, she went the extant mile and she made it all the better.
Nothing much, it was fairly perfect.

Loved everything about our stay; clean, comfortable and cant give the staff enough credits about how nice, polite the staff is. Special shoutout to PANOS!! He will do anything to make sure you get a great stay there!!

The hotel was the place to relax and catch up with family. The staff was professional and a joy to deal with on a daily basis. Even during a misunderstanding, the staff tried to understand and make the matter better for the guest.
The restaurant selections were not different from the three places on the grounds. The food was always prepared well, but the variety could be improved.

It was a pleasure to get to know the staff at the resort who treated us like family. The view was fantastic, facilities of ample size with a great gym, lovely beach area, swimming dock, and several pools that were ample in size. Never crowded, and the village with a museum and small chapel added to the Greek ambiance.
Our only "suggestion" would be to have coffee available next to the tea at breakfast. Coffee had to be ordered and our "American addiction" to it would have been easier to resolve if a large pot or more frequent topping off would have been available.

Location is great. Staff was great and professional*, the beach bar and restaurant where great value, you have to try the Cape Burger. We didn't try the fine dining experience. There's also some stairs for a "beach front" with a few sunbeds that's very nice and seems a great place for snorkeling.
If you are going as a couple, i hope you are not expecting to get romantic. we paid 1600 euros for two nights for a sea view suite with private pool. The room was very nice and comfy HOWEVER the rooms are connected to each other with an in-between door that doesn't' have any sound proofing at all. You were forced to listen to your neighbors talking either you like it or not. In our case we had the luck to also have noisy ones that like to make noisy at 1am because they just came from the club or whatever, we actually called the reception to intervene after they woke us up.
For the price they are charging the rooms (800 euros a night!) we were expecting a lot more. In general, it's not very quiet during the day. We tried to sit on our balcony to relax but there was always some staff, especially the gardeners, shouting for tasks and get this, even on top of your ceiling! Because the rooms also have grass on their ceilings.
There's a couple few more fouls I can mention but I'd rather not, thankfully it was only 2 days for us. So anyway if you want to relax, maybe don't choose this resort, if you absolutely have to, pick the simplest / cheapest room you can find and go to the beach bar's pool which is actually the best place in the resort. Even the private villa's we saw seemed next to one of the shared pools at the beach bar only separated by a fence, so i dont think you'll get a lot of privacy in them.

Property looks like a modern dream. Absolutely beautiful, quiet, and relaxing.
We loved it all!

Pools , Facilities and the position of the hotel. Also a great location and the rooms were very nice.
Tables in main dining room too small for all the stuff on them which makes them crowded and the chairs need cushions.
Breakfact needed larger range of yoghurts and fruit juices.
Also the mini bar on the rooms need beer
4.8
The food is very good, especially the baked goods at breakfasts and puddings.
The general feel of the resort is very chilled and relaxing.
Generally the hotel is good, but it's not living up to it's 5* badge. The staff are inexperienced in delivering great service, they are ignorant to a lot and have an awkwardness 24/7.
Whilst at the hotel, using the app to book restaurants, surveys interrupt you. On selecting 3/5 the hotel manager asks to see you and find out why. It happened to us and we saw they same with at least 2 other groups of guests.
Overall it was the people and service that let the hotel down, they are awkward to the point of almost arrogance.
Specific issues we had cantered around housekeeping/communication.
Being asked the same question or having to ask for things by different staff at restaurants 2/3 times for things
inconsistent and messy turn down service
housekeeping services misses the obvious
pool heater broken in spa pool since beginning of the season (less than a month ago)
weeds in flower beds/paths
communication around toys allowed in pools, after 6 days of using inflatables we were told on our 7th they weren't allowed (after concierge advised us where to go in a taxi to buy them)
wifi issues
incorrect wine choice on bill
items on bills missing on the table (bread etc)
awkward check-in/billing/payment
hot tub in room not on ahead of arrival so stone cold and usable , then overflow full of limescale making whole tub dirty
gym aircon insuffiecient
Ultimately the interrogations over our feedback in the surveys was the annoyance, it was defensive and lacked anyone taking responsibility. They might have a pretty instagram account but service needs to have substance, I wonder if the management and day to day staff have been to other hotels that they are aspiring to be like..
The hotel lacks experienced leadership and the reception/concierge services are just lacking.
The hotel manager told us the hotel wants to be 5* luxury, it has a long way to go.

Everywhere was spotless, the flowers everywhere made the property beautiful, the pools were incredible and the private beach was stunning. Pantelis, Georgis the restaurant manager, Daphne by the pool and Manous were all amazing!
I would have a bigger 'adults only' area by the pool;

Our honeymoon at Lesante Cape Resort & Villas was a dream come true. Our villa suite was amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast experience is lovely with a vast range of foods to choose from. Our Fiore Fine Dining in the evening was possibly one of the nicest experiences we have had. It was something very special indeed. The spa is also worth visiting with a vast range of spa treatments available. I would highly recommend this place for a romantic time away for which you will have a magical time.
