Location and being still so new.
They keep sending me the same reservation confirmation emails even after we stayed. I’m not sure if it is a system error on Booking.com or the hotel. Also its amenities provided in the guest room are limited to very basics, which we actually like very much.

Location
My sheets had a yellow sweat or urine stain we did not notice until the next morning upon pulling the sheets back looking to make sure we had everything.

The room was so great and pretty big.
When we came back, the room was not clean even we didn't put the sign out side of the door.. And the staff response was irresponsible to this issue.
The guy who checked up the room number for breakfast was at the cafeteria always not kind while we're staying in hotel.
Bathroom water tap is weak.

Location and restaurant were great. Food and variety were poor
More hot choices, omelettes, pancakes and waffles, fresher bakery items.

Enjoyed our visit will definitely visit/stay at the location again.
Breakfast was great, loved the fitness space. The fact Wegmans
Was next door was a bonus! Enjoyed our stay tremendously.
I already have two families that have booked their stay for next
Month based on my experience!!

Breakfast was excellent...very well organized and very clean. Our room was spacious and designed very well. Loved the location by the train and having the Wegmans on the ground floor of the building in which the hotel was housed. The bar/lounge area was very nice and their cocktails were innovative. Their lounge food was also very good...Japanese influenced menu.
Front desk staff was not particularly helpful in areas that did not directly pertain to the hotel...for example...when I asked about a newspaper I was told that they did not have any newspapers nor did they know where I could get one. (in fact the grocery store on the ground floor sold newspapers). I asked about mailing some stamped letters and I was told that there was no place I could mail my letters in the hotel (no offer to put my letters with the hotel's outgoing mail). As long as you 'stick with the script', the front desk is fine....but don't ask for assistance with things that they consider out of the ordinary.

The staff were not pleasant.

I love everything about this hotel

Service was great.
There was a concert at the capital One Hall that ended when I was returning to the hotel. The parking garage is a disaster when cars are coming out and others are trying to get in.
4.7
Newness, design, Wren and Aviary restaurants, design of rooms.
Costly parking, insufficient info about hotel on website about WiFi, Fitness center, and breakfast times.
4.7
The cleanliness of the room and hotel.
The staff at the restaurant Wren were rude and not very helpful. Both times I ate there I wasn’t treated well, not for such a nice hotel. Also the menu was very limited.

Location and amenities was great.
Guests arrive at the street level but there’s no signs to inform guests that reception and check is on the 11th floor.
