We were disappointed overall with our stay.
The location was convenient to go to both the beach and visit my parents in Palmetto. Only 25 minutes away. It was in a quiet neighborhood although just off of Cortez Boulevard.
we did not like the condition of cleanliness we found in the kitchen with food in the pantry, and in the microwave. We saw a very large cockroach come out from behind the stove and go into one of our pans that we had just cooked food in. The kitchen chairs were feeble, and one was broken. The lanai was in fair condition with older furniture, and a ripped screen door. They were beer, cans, and caps in the backyard and front as well. There were a number of sunken spots in the floor regardless of new floorboards being put down. When I brought all of this to the owners attention, apologies, were made, and an offer to bring new chairs over which we declined as we used other chairs that were in the washer dryer area. When I wrote more to the owner, and even upon our departure, he failed to write us back again since the second day we arrived. We would not return, and cannot in good faith. Refer others to stay there until that time, as these matters are remedied.

Close to the beach and excellent location.
We didn't get what we selected, so we had to take what was second option. If they are going to make changes on your bookings they should notify previously.

Very good
I liked the amount of space we had. I liked that there was dishes as well as pots and pans to cook. I honestly didn't expect that. Inside the duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was spacious enough for all of us. Honestly was way better then a hotel. I liked the privacy of it all.
I didn't like that we were not able to access the WiFi. I sent multiple messages to the manager and he kept on telling me that the password was in the back of the router. We tried all of the possible number on there and none worked. I asked him about this 2 or 3 times and it was never solved. Also there was lots of dog poop in the back yard even though pets were no allowed. I saw a dog running around in the back yard. When we tried going back there to play in the pool we had dog poo all over our shoes and feet. One of the hinges on one of the bathroom doors was coming off and we had trouble closing the door. Again I reported it and was told it would be fixed but it remained the same way for the entire stay.
