This property is now my 1st choice for future stays in Prescott.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the end of the street overlooking a small canyon and green space. Spectacular views. Clean and well appointed. The host lives next door and is available for any issues or questions. This property will now be my first choice for stays in Prescott.

It is not within walking distance to historic downtown Prescott, but the drive is not too bad.

CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK!!!

Perry and Judy are the best! they got my wife flowers for her birthday. The place is so beautiful. The views are just so amazing!!! Dinner and our morning coffee on the back deck. Laying on the hammock and catching some rays.Very clean and cozy😎❤️🥂

Perfect Getaway

Basically everything - the location is gorgeous, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the view is beyond breathtaking, pictures dont do it justice. I worked a lot of my stay and had no issues with wifi or phone service, and google maps actually got me there just fine. My dog was in awe of the wildlife, we saw so many fun animals just hanging out. The shower was hot, the kitcken was equiped enough for me to cook a few meals. The space is larger than I expected! Distance to lakes and whiskey row were not bad drives at all, in fact one night I ubered and it was very reasonable. The owners are very nice, I actually never needed to as them for anything, but my pup loved visiting with theirs when we'd go for walks. I was alone and felt very safe!

Nothing - in fact my boyfriend and I are looking at dates to come back together!

Superb

The studio is charming and cozy with a true Arizona feel. We spent a lot of time indoors because of the rain and it was spacious for 2 people. There was an issue with the WiFi, but the owners were very attentive and tried to remediate the issue quickly. The studio was very clean. The views are amazing. There are plenty of windows to see the surrounding rock hills and Thumb Butte. You might even get to see wildlife. We saw plenty of javelina and deer. Overall, it was a great stay. 👍

Exceptional

The space and view was wonderful! The hosts were very nice and made us feel really welcomed. We would definitely book another stay here. You will love the view and the ability to see a lot of different animals.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the shower head could use to be replaced, did not spray very well.

The owner was close by and readily available to ask questions. The surrounding property was beautiful!

everything! I was sad the hammock wasn’t there but it was rainy and wet . so I get it. but it was amazing we will be back. Absolutely!!

Peaceful Prescott Paradise🌲

Superb views of Thumb Butte. Very quiet day & night. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The numerous windows allow for visualization if one prefers not to sit outside on the balcony. It is truly a nice, bright, appealing studio at the end of a peaceful road. This is a perfect getaway for those who prefer solitude with easy access to all amenities. The hosts were gracious, informative and accessible for questions. I would recommend this property for overall cleanliness, it's rustic cabin appeal, the views. There are numerous activities available in the surrounding area. It is a very short drive into Prescott "Old Town" & "Whiskey Row". It is a 12 minute drive to reach Pioneer Park, sports complex and Willow lake recreation area.

There was absolutely nothing problematic during our stay. No complaints!

Absolutely loved this place! Will definitely return again soon!

quiet, serene, absolutely awesome deck with Thumb Butte view! Gorgeous sunrises, deer, an owl, other small wildlife. And pet friendly! The gentleman who owns the place is very nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the area, yet is also very respectful of your privacy.

Seems petty to even mention because we came to “get away”, and that’s what we did, but if you have the need for strong wi-fi you may want to bring your own wi-fi hotspot.

Cottage mountain view

I'm a clean freak. So with that being said I thought carpet could of been cleaner, there were many stains. No extra bed sheets to change linen. We found a stain on pillow cover and bed skirt. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillows flat. Couch is incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen did not have an oven or dishwasher.There is a broken clock in kitchen, like it had been dropped. I would toss it and get a new $10 clock. Could have been a few more towels in bath. Outside deck had a few loose boards. This is one of reasons we choose this place. Could have a vacuum in closet.

Charm and location!!! We were able to bring our dog, they left dog treats in the kitchen.The owners had brought down wood for a fire. They also brought us homemade apple pie. For the most part we were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything other than oven and a dishwasher. The bath is small but shower is large with very hot water. Was a perfect place to enjoy family time including the dog. We saw some wildlife on our walks, deer and javelina. Not too far downtown or Embry-riddle College.

The view was fantastic and inspiring. The room was spacious for 3 adults and two dogs.

Needed a vacuum cleaner since we were there for 9 days. Limited to what you could cook without an oven.
