A Favorite!!

My favourite place to stay. Warm friendly hosts, very helpful and accommodating. It had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay. Quiet area. Best shower. Shops next door. Great price. Thank you so much!

The best accommodation in Hamilton: cheap and perfect!

The apartment was incredibly clean, the host was really kind and gave us all hat we need. He told us a few places to visit before going! The shower is very big and provides everything that we needed (shampoo, body shower, hair dryer,…). Also they gave us Netflix to have a relax night!

Highly recommended, we don’t wanna stay anywhere else, Herman is a fantastic host!

Great location and close to hospital, shops, restaurants and park. Awesome walking areas, fantastic hosts, couldn’t be happier! Loved the facilities and atmosphere of this studio setting. Quiet nights and warm n cosy stay, so grateful!

A clean, well equipped unit with such a helpful and kind proprietor.

The unit was very clean, well equipped and welcoming. The most impressive thing was the kindness and help we received from Herman the proprietor.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was excellent for visiting either Waikato or Braemar Hospital and also reasonably close to the city centre (by car or bus).

nothing, I enjoyed my stay, all facilities provided was amazing and the host was very nice and friendly, only thing which is my personal preference is the tv is in the wrong place, should be in front of the bed, otherwise it’s literally a perfect place to stay

Lovely unit in good location.

Super pleasant and helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable unit. About a 10 second walk to good range of local shops (including large laundromat!) - we loved this. Town centre is a gorgeous 20-25 minute walk along the river. Highly recommend!

Superb

Excellent home stay for either an individual travelling alone or for a couple. Everything that you need and was nice and clean.Great location for the hospital for work. The host Herman was lovely and friendly and very accomodating.Will be staying here next time i am in Hamilton for work.

Superb

All I needed was a nice bed, toilet and shower and that's what I got. The facilities were clean and room felt comfortable and warm. Carpark right outside your door, so no lugging your stuff far from your room.

The only thing that hindered my sleep was some boy-racers doing burnouts around the neighbourhood which went on for sometime. Other than that everything was comfortable and inviting.

Pleasant host who was prompt and pleasant in sorting out a problem.

Location was fine for what I required. When I had an issue with the TV is was promptly sorted. Clean and with a very good shower.

I would have to question having the fridge in the bathroom, however it wouldn’t stop me returning. I just question it’s placement there. Shortage of glassware too. Two wine glasses, one usual drinking glass. Parking was available but having to back out of a driveway in a borrowed car without a rear camera was fun 🤣🤣

Great place for anyone to stay, especially for work. Will be visiting again.

Overall a really good place to stay. I think I will keep trying to book this accommodation for future trips if available. Easy separate access, off street carpark close to the studio, good food/walk recommendations from host. Easy to pick up keys and drop off, air con and internet working well, nice clean bathroom, good kitchenette.

Can't really complain about very much here. People who feel a bit nervous about reversing from a fenced driveway may wish to park on the street.
