About this apartment rental

From this pretty street between LA's super trendy Silver Lake and Elysian Heights neighbourhoods, you can see all the way to the Hollywood sign. It's a fabulous location, with Echo Park just a five-minute drive away. Inside, this charming little home has been recently renovated to create an up-to-date look with a modern, high-end kitchen and a stylish bathroom with a clawfoot bath. The bedrooms are peaceful and elegant in their simplicity and the living area, open to the kitchen, is roomy enough for up to four. But it's the garden we're really here for. Head down the steps and into your own magical little world of twinkling lights and scented flowers, with a dirt yard and a big dining table so you can spend your evenings out in the warm air. Home truths: *With contactless check-in and check-out, you'll be sent an access code the day of your arrival *The home has its own laundry facilities but they're in the basement room and you do need to access it from the garden *There are steep steps down to the garden area *You'll need a car to get around and this home comes with private parking *There's no dedicated indoor dining space but you can eat at the breakfast bar and the outdoor table is where you're likely to spend most of your time anyway
