Did not realise that the access to the site was via narrow country lanes with very few passing places

Clean and comfortable

Just a few minor repairs needed to carpet trip hazard to main bedroom and lounge area, window blind in bedroom not working, some of the pictures come off the walls and a bit of trim to the balcony door frame come away only minor things but worth mentioning

Very good

The caravan is well presented with cute decor. The microwave, oven, and cooker were very clean. Towels and bed linen also very clean.

One issue that made things a bit more difficult was very slow water outflow in the shower. The bed mattress was not that comfortable.

Quiet retreat

Spacious and clean. Very quiet area, loved the balcony to relax in the evening. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. Highly recommend and good price, would definitely come back.

Nearest beach was a little walk up and down the hill from the holiday park, but we were mostly driving to nearby towns, so the location was great for us.

Caravan is lovely, comfy.We’ve had everything what needed.

It’s not a caravan , it’s a caravan park. Dog owners don’t clear after a dog and don’t keep on the lead.

Exceptional

The caravan was a lovely layout, decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was in the caravan and it felt homely. Easy access to major roads to see the rest of Cornwall and a beautiful cove locally to sit on the beach.

It was great location and had a pleasant stay.

In terms of location, it's really great and accessible to everywhere in a short period of time.

The holiday home given to us was not maintained properly like bathroom locking system was out of use.

All facilities on site closed after being assured they would all open

small for the price and very disappointing that there was no facilities open on site when the owner assured us they would all be open. we had to drive to shops and restaurants. We would not have booked had we known no facilities were open. We were misled by the owner. Rubbish!!

Location good, there was no private pool as listed in the description. Extremely expensive for the location and facilities offered were shocking. The chalet itself was spotless and clean but the park itself was awful

Great, very happy to recommend, it is exactly as illustrated on Booking.com.

Everything was just as described, very clean and very comfortable.

This is a very personal note, there were too many diffusers, it is a very small space and three seemed excessive. I had to remove them during our stay as I found the scent overwhelming. That said, they smelled very pleasant, I imagine some guests would really enjoy them, the property was so clean they certainly weren't needed to mask anything. Like I say, very personal.

Perfect home away from home

Lovely van very modern and clean. It's on a lovely well kept site. Communication from the owner was excellent.

Relaxing short break away

The property was very clean & tidy & very well equipped. It’s in a lovely quiet location but within walking distance to the shop, launderette, swimming pool & entertainment bar. The rooms are decorated really homely which was nice.

A great stay on a lovely site

Lovely static on a great clean site. There's a well stocked shop on site and a restaurant just across the (we didn't try it though). About a 25 minute walk to Porth beach and there's pubs there.

There was construction work going on which started at 7.30am!

absolute delight and just pure dog friendly paradise

The caravan is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t of wished for a better place to stay on our holidays utterly bliss , shame clocks went forward lol cos we Loss an hour in pure paradise

The only issue was the bedroom blind didn’t open so we had to have the light on 24/7 to be able to get ready ext

Comfortable, clean, light and airy! Didn’t want to leave!

very clean, comfortable and well decorated so making the holiday like home from home.

I could not find it. Even once I’d found the right part of the park, I was driving round for ages looking for numbers on each cabin. This is more the fault of the park owners for not signposting well enough.
