Buen desayuno, buena ubicación.

Tuve un inconveniente ya que había pagado el consumo una noche con un recepcionista y no hizo el ingreso en el sistema. Por lo cual el día que salía del hotel me estaban cobrando el dinero, me parecio deshonesto por parte del recepcionista que recibió el dinero, a pesar de esto me quedé esperando 2 horas a qué revisaran las cámaras y el vídeo nunca llegó. La muchacha al final me dijo que bueno que me podía ir, pero fue un momento bochornoso.

Sehr dreckig, Blut auf dem Lacken, Dusche und Bad dreckig sowie teilweise defekt. Wir hatten das Gefühl das in den Nebenzimmern mehrere Prostitute am Werk waren. Es wurde die ganze Nacht geschrien. Fürchterliches Erlebnis.

Relación precio vs confort 10/10

Desayuno incluído muy bueno y el confort de la habitación.

Ruidos fuertes e incómodos muy temprano por la mañana que provenían del piso de arriba. Del resto todo muy bien, nos hicieron cambio de habitación porque la primera el aire acondicionado no funcionaba adecuadamente.

Bare bones hotel with limited comforts and imperfect cleanliness.

Decently walkable area. Free breakfast. Staff were friendly. A/C worked well.

- The bunk bed was not safe or stable for two adults. One of the support planks fell from the top bunk onto the person below. - The sheets had some stains on them. One pillowcase has a sizable blue stain. - The “shower head” was basically a garden hose sticking out of the shower ceiling.

extremely expensive for poor service

location OK. AC. hotel staff is nice but helpless

we paid 2.000.000 COP for a 3 bed hotel room. in the room almost everything was broken, no hot water, no soap, no shampoo, electricity is jumping on and off. we asked the staff to wash our clothes after carnaval, they took the clothes to give it back to us the next day not washed !

Good

We where here because of carnaval. So the hotel suited our expectations and goals. It is a bit old, but clean enough to be ok. Breakfast was oke, big room, very friendly staff, cold water.

Breakfast can be better and to do better with the rooms the place needs a renovation. But all fine!
