After trekking 60km in the mountains - staying at that place was just a "must have"! Friendly staff, tidy, comfortable bed, nice location (really close to the starting point to the mountains), great soundproofing, and the best part - sauna and jacuzzi!

good place to enjoy winter sports in the quieter part of zakopane

ideally located with kitchenette

although there is a sauna it was not possible to use it because always someone there. I would recommend have a booking system for it

Good value for money

The apartment was on a nice place, close to a local bus stop. The staff were incredibly kind. The hot tub is free for guests, i can only recommend it. Definitely good value for money.

We did not expect to have such a small kitchen in one of the rooms, and no kitchen at all in the other. At the end, it was not an issue though.

A very neat and pleasant place to stay, with an exceptionally kind and helpful staff. :)

Maybe the rooms could have been a little bit warmer... but the thick blankets saved us and at the end we weren't cold!

Good location, friendly staff, all amenities available. It is clean and cozy.

Not very soundproof. Other guests may wake you up arriving late at night, especially if taking bath.

Lovely little place near to walking destinations

Great location for hiking in the tatras, close to national park entrance . There's a free spa with jacuzzi and sauna which is free to use and brilliant (better than the pictures!)

Could hear other guests coming in later on

No heating, no help from staff

After this kind of situation I did not like anything..

There was no heating in room and outside was 3 degree Celsius.. Staff gone after 8p.m. And no one is answering the phone. I was left alone in this sitaution

Perfect for ski lovers

Perfect location for all the ski lovers :) Literally 2 minutes away by walk. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Cute, small spa facilities. Also huge plus for the fact that the hotel recycle all rubbish. Highly recommended.

Loved my stay there. Area is amazing. Hotel is situated by the forest and has plenty walking paths nearby. In winter this area looks beautiful, covered in snow.

Stunning view, clean and well-kept rooms, friendly staff.

A micro and a hairdryer would be useful. Bed mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable.
