A neat budget hotel with great location and wonderful stay.

Pros 1. Very neat and comfortable. 2. Wifi with reasonable speed. 3. Bathroom fittings top notch for a budget hotel. 4. The host Vivek really was very efficient and cordial. He waited for us as we had late check in and came to the front road to show us the location. 5. Very close to Medical College Kottayam where we had to visit. 6. Calm environment with minimal interference and even payment qr code in room to pay while checkout. So need not go to front desk. 7. All instructions to follow are send on WhatsApp 8. Even though AC rooms were filled up he gave us the key of an AC room to use as they had an early checkout. 9. Hassle free check in and check out.

Cons 1. Non smoking rooms. But can smoke in corridors.( I am not a smoker - so no problem) 2. Non AC rooms - we had to keep windows open so late night had a little trouble with mosquitoes. 3. Parking space inside the complex was only just adequate. ( But well managed) 4. Food options inside hotel less.( But we had breakfast from Ashoka hotel - a small thattukada hotel nearby with excellent Kerala breakfast options) 5. Geyser Heating option for water and tea and kettle facility for early morning tea or coffee not available. ( Didn't ask for it either as we went out to Ashoka hotel which served excellent tea)

Mr Vivek, the manager was extremely polite,helpful and accomodating.The rooms were clean and the facilities were as exactly described.Overall an excellent experience

Incredible service, very clean and nice facilities with outstanding value for money. Vivek was very kind and available to help - he provided all of the relevant information beforehand and was always helpful in directing me towards local attractions. Very easy to get around due to the high number of autorickshaws nearby, and many good restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again, cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Stop over

I stayed here twice, so this is my second review. Great stay, great people, parking on site. Beauty salon on the first floor has great services and prices.

New property, so things are improving quite quickly.

On site parking, large room, toilet paper available. Staff always on site to help. Everyone very helpful.

Very clean 👌. Completely privacy 👌. Good management.

I am very disappointed in some things 😞. 1st AC is working but we don't feel like that , that we are using AC room . We feel like we are using non AC room. 2nd. Day time we get hot water in bathroom, but at night and morning time we didn't get hot water to bath......
