The good location. The surrounding buildings were really nice. The parking facilities.
The bed was kind of squeaky.

Small but comfortable room on good location.
I did not use the parking because I did not realize there was one.
I could park in the street.
Residenza is a very large student hotel. For other guests there is a small department quiet and private.
Nothing

The location was very close to the bus station (6 minute walk) which was very nice for a backpacker like me. The facility was large and clean. There was a shared fridge that you could use if you wanted to. The staff was very friendly and even though he did not speak English, he tried his best to accommodate. Towels, toiletries, shampoo and body wash was provided.
The shared fridge and kitchen closes at 22:00 so you do not have access which is a bit of an inconvenience.

clean room, comfortable, good value, great location

I could check in really fast.
The bedsheets were dirty, the lights were not working in the bathroom, there were no staff available at night, at the checkout the staff didn't speak English at all.

Location great, very easy stroll to the city centre and attractions. Free on site parking a bonus.

Areas to hang out and chill, like lobby or dining room areas.
Location was quiet.
Limited access to kitchen area.
Limited access to tv in dining room (not one in room).
WiFi good
Borderline value for room overall
Shared (second) bathroom that I used for shower had a drain that backed up, not a good situation that should be addressed.
Refrigerator in kitchen area pretty disgusting (including freezer) to store anything.
My room was basically a very small dorm room but did have a somewhat nice view ... but relatively expensive for what it was.
They did have private rooms with bathroom but more expensive (didn't view or use).

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Not in the centre but very close and in a nice neighbourhood.

It was a private room and I stayed for 4 nights. It is close to the bus and train station and very close to 2 grocery stores and not far from old town. I got a tourist map near the Parador, as none was available at the counter at this place.
The people who worked the counter were cordial and said hello when they saw me. They turned on the lights in the cafeteria when they saw me eating in the dark (lights are behind the front reception).
The exterior of the building is attractive and clean, as well as leading into the reception. It was not until I got to the first floor where my room was located that it appeared the clock turned back in time 50 years.
I only slept 2 of the 4 nights due to noise in the halls and adjacent rooms. The second night, after the person occupying the room was playing music loudly while they were in the shower at 11 pm, they went out and came back at 2:30 am. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything happening as if I was in the same room. After loud talking and laughing, it was an hour of loud sex - moaning and groaning that went on until 5 am. Last night, my final night, someone was talking on their phone from 2 am to 3 am, then had their volume on the phone with "pinging noises" from "likes" on facebook until after 4:30 am. Doors opening and closing at all hours of the night and loud talking. My room backed up to 2 bathrooms/showers, so I heard water running all the time. The photos shown in the advertisement do not look anything like the room I stayed in.
The 1950's metal desk was nearly the same size as the 1970's bed twin with cracked plaster walls and ceiling, torn curtains and smell of old stale smoke that filled the hallways (or sewage smell - hard to tell). There was 1 old flat pillow for me to use, so I covered it with a plastic bag and my own pillow case, and slept in a sleep sack because it says in the ad that sheets are not provided, so I was not sure if the sheets were clean.
I was provided 1 towel and 2 floor mats for the duration of my stay, as well as 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 very small packets of shampoo/body wash and a 1/4 inch x 1 inch piece of soap. My room was not cleaned for the duration of my 4 night visit, nor a clean towel swap or additional toiletries (nor TP) were provided. I emptied my trash can when it was clear no one else was going to do it.
The kitchen was a mess...all the time. The first 2 nights, dirty dishes filled the sink and 30+ gallon garbage can was full to the top. I asked if I could use the kitchen/stove/refrigerator and was told yes.

The location was great and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure you were comfortable and happy. The room was spacious yet somewhat spartan however it was exactly what I wanted. It was clean and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. Excellent value for the money.
